Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Really pleased with this
Lovely warm oak finish and the boards feel firm and stable. Great for the price.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was a disaster — threadbare and grim. This has completely changed the room. The Winchester Oak shade photographs beautifully and in person it looks even better. Fitting took a bit of getting used to with the click system but once I found my rhythm it was straightforward. Couple of boards had very minor surface marks out of the box but nothing visible once laid. Overall really happy.

Perfect for our extension
Laid this throughout our new kitchen extension and it ties in beautifully with the rest of the ground floor. Nice oak tone, not too dark, not too light. The SPC core gives it a firm feel beneath your feet. Would buy again without hesitation.
Much better than I expected
Went in our downstairs loo and it looks proper smart. Being SPC I wasn't worried about moisture and it's held up perfectly in the three months since fitting. The click mechanism is tight and there's zero movement. Colour is a natural-looking oak — not plasticky at all.

Solid, looks the part
Fitted this last weekend in the hallway. The rigid core makes it feel surprisingly solid underfoot — not what I expected at 5mm. Click system snapped together nicely and the Winchester Oak colour is spot on, warm without being too yellow. Really pleased.

Hallway sorted
Was worried about fitting it myself but turns out it's dead easy. Did the whole hallway in an afternoon. Looks smart and the colour works well with our front door and staircase. Make sure you let it acclimatise for 48 hours first — I rushed it slightly on a previous job and regretted it.
Does exactly what it should
No fuss, no drama. Clicks together well and the finish is clean.
Took a bit longer than expected
Not the quickest floor I've ever fitted, mainly because I was being fussy about the pattern layout. But the end result is stunning. The Winchester Oak shade is really versatile — worked with both the grey walls and the oak furniture already in the room. Rigid core feels solid, no bounce or flex. Would recommend.
Kitchen floor sorted
Needed something hardwearing for a busy kitchen and this fits the bill. Easy to clean, looks good, and the rigid core means it doesn't shift or creak when you walk on it. Been down about four months now and still looking fresh. No complaints.
Bedroom upgrade complete
Replaced tired laminate in the master bedroom with this and it's a huge improvement. Softer look, warmer tone, and the SPC core means no creaking. Happy with the price too — feels like you're getting more than you pay for.

Great for the conservatory
Slightly darker in real life than the photos online but honestly I prefer it — it's a richer oak tone that suits the space really well. Fitted well with no real issues. Four stars only because I'd love a wider plank option in this range.

Much better than our old laminate which used to lift at the edges. This SPC product stays put and the surface wears well. Not the cheapest option but you can absolutely see where the money goes. The oak finish is natural and understated — not at all fake looking.
