Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Much better than the old tiles
Our kitchen had these horrible beige tiles from about 1995. Ripping them out and putting this down has completely transformed the room. The warm oak tone works really well with our units. Glued down solidly and there's zero movement.
Exactly what I needed for the extension
New kitchen extension needed flooring that could handle a bit of spillage and foot traffic from the kids. This has been down about three months now and still looking as good as the day I fitted it. The glue-down method is a bit more involved than click systems but it gives you a completely flat, stable result that I really like.
Perfect for our downstairs loo
Needed something fully waterproof for a small cloakroom. This is ideal — glues right down, no gaps, no worry about splashes. Looks miles better than the old vinyl sheet we had.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online
Turns out it was completely fine. The samples were accurate, the actual flooring matched, and the wide plank format looks really smart in our open-plan living space. The glue-down process takes a bit of patience but the finish is seamless.

Took slightly longer to fit than I expected because I was being careful with the adhesive, but the end result is genuinely stunning. Looks like real wood and the wide plank format was absolutely the right choice for our hallway. Four stars only because I nicked one plank cutting it — entirely my own fault.

Solid choice for a renovation
We were redoing our whole ground floor and needed something waterproof for the kitchen and utility room. This ticked all the boxes. The wide plank format gives it a really contemporary feel and the oak grain is convincing without being over the top. Adhesion was good once the subfloor was properly prepped. A few planks had very faint surface marks straight out of the box — nothing that affected the finished look but worth mentioning. Still five stars from us.
Does exactly what it should
Waterproof, stable, looks the part. Can't really ask for more from a glue-down LVT at this price. The landing and top of the stairs look fantastic now.
Fitted the conservatory last month
Our conservatory gets really hot in summer so needed something stable. This glue-down LVT has stayed perfectly flat through a heatwave and heavy rain — not a single edge lifting. The oak pattern is subtle and natural, not overdone.

Good choice for a rental property
Needed hard-wearing, waterproof flooring for a buy-to-let kitchen and bathroom. This does the job well — durable, looks smart, and the glue-down method means tenants can't accidentally lift planks. Slightly darker in real life than the online photos but actually think it looks better for it.

Kitchen floor sorted
Was a bit nervous ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly and the colour matched the photos well. Gluing down was straightforward enough, just take your time with the adhesive spread. Dead happy with the result.
So pleased with how this turned out
Our old carpet in the bedroom was looking sorry for itself. Went with this LVT instead and it's freshened the whole room up no end. The colour is a lovely warm oak, not too yellow, not too grey. Stays hygienic too which is a bonus.
Looks brilliant in the hallway
Fitted this last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The oak finish is really natural-looking, not that fake plasticky stuff you sometimes get. Glued down a treat and it's rock solid underfoot. Would buy again without hesitation.
Brilliant from start to finish
Ordered, arrived fast, fitted easily, looks stunning. The wide plank design is exactly what we wanted for our open plan kitchen-diner and the oak is a perfect neutral that goes with everything we already had.
Glued down perfectly
Subfloor prep is everything with glue-down LVT and once I'd done that properly this went down without a hitch. Completely flat, no movement, and the joins are barely visible. The Sandford Oak colouring is spot on — warm but not garish.
Really good quality LVT
Third time I've used this type of product and this is probably the nicest oak design I've come across at this price point. The wide plank makes the room feel bigger. Wish there were one or two more colour variants in the range but the one we chose works perfectly.
