Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Took a while to fit but stunning result
Fitting took longer than expected — had to be really careful with the adhesive application and making sure everything was level first. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The floor has completely changed the feel of the room. Glad we put the time in.
Happy with it overall
Really nice colour and the planks go down well once you get into a rhythm. My only minor gripe is I'd love to see a couple more shades in this range — something slightly greyer perhaps. That said, the bramble oak works brilliantly in our kitchen diner and I wouldn't change it now.

Great for the downstairs loo
Went in our downstairs loo. Perfect. Waterproof, easy to cut around the awkward bits, and the oak finish looks much more expensive than it is.
Ideal for the landing
Used this on the landing and top of the stairs area. Glues down nicely to the chipboard subfloor and the colour complements our skirting boards perfectly. Looks clean and modern.

Waterproof — perfect for us
We have three kids and a dog so waterproof flooring isn't a luxury, it's essential. This has survived everything they've thrown at it over the past few months. Spills wipe up instantly and it still looks as good as the day we laid it.
Very happy with the result
Fitted this across the ground floor — kitchen, hallway and dining area all open plan. The continuity of the floor really ties it together. The bramble oak pattern has enough variation in the planks that it doesn't look repetitive. Colour is lovely, a proper warm natural wood tone.
Fitted this last weekend in the extension
Fitted this last weekend in the new extension. Was a bit nervous about glue-down as I've only ever done click before, but it was actually really manageable. Just took care with prep and it went down flat and smooth. Looks ace.

Slightly darker than the photos but we love it
The colour came out a touch darker in real life than on screen, but actually I think it looks even better — richer and more natural. Fitted the living room last month and everyone who comes round comments on it. Would definitely order again.
Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly, well packaged, and the colour matches the website photos almost exactly. Fitted it in the utility room over a weekend. The adhesion is excellent — no lifting at the edges at all after several weeks.

So pleased with how this turned out. The wide plank format really suits our Victorian terrace — gives it a contemporary feel without clashing with the original features. The adhesive bond is rock solid and there's no movement whatsoever. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Couple of boards had minor marks
Out of the pack I noticed two planks with faint surface marks — probably from transit. Not enough to return the whole order but worth mentioning. Everything else was spot on and the floor looks lovely now it's laid. Would still recommend.
Perfect for conservatory
Used this in our conservatory where we get a lot of temperature fluctuation. Held up really well so far and doesn't seem bothered by the heat. The waterproof element was a big factor for us and it delivers on that.

Much better than our old laminate in every way — warmer underfoot, quieter when you walk on it, and far easier to keep clean. The oak effect is convincing without being over the top. Really glad we made the switch.
Transformed our hallway completely
Our old carpet was a nightmare to keep clean — muddy boots, the lot. Switched to this and honestly the hallway looks twice the size. The bramble oak colour is warm without being too orange, really suits the space. Gluing it down was straightforward enough once we prepped the subfloor properly.

Solid choice for a rental
Fitted this across two bedrooms in a rental property. Does the job well, looks smart, and the waterproof properties mean tenants can't cause too much damage. Good value at this price point.
Good product, easy to lay
Was worried about gluing down rather than clicking — didn't want it to become a permanent regret. But the finish is so flat and seamless compared to click systems. No ridges, no gaps. The colour is a nice mid-tone oak, not too pale or too dark. Really happy.
