Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Does the job
Glued it down in the utility room last weekend. Sat flat, bonded well, and the greige tone works nicely with the grey grout. Happy with it.

Good quality LVT. The adhesion held first time and the colour is as described. Wish there were a couple more colour options in this range but this one works fine for us.
Very happy with the result
Our old carpet in the bedroom was embarrassingly past its best. This has completely changed the feel of the room — lighter, cleaner, much more modern. The greige shade is versatile and goes with the existing furniture really well.
So pleased with how this turned out
The greige tone is honestly perfect — we've got white walls and light grey units in the kitchen and this just ties everything together. Glued down a treat, no bubbling or lifting. It's been three weeks and it still looks brand new.
Neutral and classy
The greige oak hits that sweet spot between warm and cool. It's not one of those floors that screams for attention but it just looks right.
Came out really well
Did the landing and top of the stairs in this. The colour coordinates brilliantly with what we already had downstairs. A couple of boards in the pack had very minor surface marks but nothing that was visible once laid. Happy to give five stars because the overall result is excellent.
Took longer to fit than expected but worth it
Glue-down isn't as quick as click, I'll be honest — took me most of a Saturday to do the living room. But the end result is absolutely stunning and there's zero movement underfoot. Really glad I went for this type rather than floating.
First time fitting LVT — no problems
Was worried about doing this myself as I'd never laid glue-down LVT before. Watched a couple of videos and it was actually dead easy. The boards are a nice size and the colour is exactly what we wanted for a neutral, grown-up look throughout the ground floor.
Would buy again
Second time ordering this product for a different room. Just as good as the first time. The finish is consistent across packs which makes matching easy.

Much better than the cheap laminate we had before. This actually looks like wood rather than a photo of wood stuck on a plank.

Looks expensive, wasn't
Visitors keep asking what flooring we went for because it looks so upmarket. Happy to tell them it didn't cost a fortune.
Extension flooring sorted
Had a new rear extension built and needed flooring that would look good but also handle the variable temperature. LVT was the obvious choice and this one in particular is a really nice colour. The contractor fitted it and said the adhesion was excellent. Very happy overall.
Professional finish at a reasonable price
Hired a fitter who said this was one of the easier LVT products he'd worked with. The thickness is just right for a glue-down product — sits perfectly flat once it's down. Looks fantastic in the conservatory.
Sturdy and attractive
Wasn't sure a glue-down product would feel as secure as I wanted but once it's down properly it's rock solid. The oak effect is convincing — better than a lot of more expensive options I looked at.
Bathroom sorted
Put this in the downstairs bathroom and it's held up really well. Waterproof obviously, which was the main requirement. Colour is lovely — that greige shade is very on-trend and goes well with grey grout and white sanitaryware. Adhesion was straightforward once I got the hang of spreading the glue evenly.

Great for the utility room
Needed something waterproof and hardwearing for a utility room that takes a battering. This ticked all the boxes. Not the cheapest option on the market but you can see where the money goes — the surface finish feels quality and it's been down three months with no signs of wear.

Transformed the living room

Slightly lighter in person but I prefer it
Expected it to be a touch darker based on the photos online, but honestly the lighter version suits our room better. The oak detailing is realistic and the finish hasn't shown up any scratches despite having a dog.

Really pleased with this
Was a bit nervous about ordering flooring online but it arrived well packaged and the colour matched the website photos almost exactly. Laid it in our open-plan kitchen-diner and it's transformed the space. The oak effect is subtle and realistic-looking rather than plasticky. Good stuff.
Great for underfloor heating
Fitted over wet underfloor heating in the ground floor extension and it's performed brilliantly — no warping or gapping. The colour looks rich and warm when the heating's on, which we weren't expecting. Really pleased.
