Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Stunning finish in the living room
Fitted this across our entire ground floor last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The brushed and oiled finish gives it a really natural, warm look — nothing like the plasticky engineered stuff we had before. Took a couple of days to lay but the end result is stunning. Fitted the hallway in one go
Easy click system, got the hallway done on my own in an afternoon. Make sure you acclimatise it properly first — I gave it 72 hours and had no issues at all. Looks proper smart.
Really happy with this
Went in our open-plan living room and dining area. Looks absolutely beautiful, the oak grain is very natural and not at all plasticky. Took a bit longer to fit than I expected but the end result is stunning. Would definitely recommend.

The colour came up a touch darker than it looked on the website, but honestly I think I prefer it — feels warmer and cosier in the lounge. Quality is excellent and it feels really solid underfoot. Just worth bearing in mind if you're going off the online images.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely exceeded expectations. The brushed finish is gorgeous and it feels genuinely high quality — 14mm makes it feel solid and substantial. Bedroom looks like a different house.
Good but a bit pricey
Quality is definitely there — it's solid, the finish is lovely, and it's fitted well in our bedroom. Just feels like a lot of money to spend. End result is great though and I'm sure it'll last years, so probably worth it in the long run.

Lovely floor
Replaced tired old carpet with this and the room feels completely different. Great quality for the price.
Not quite premium
Looks nice enough and the brushed finish is a decent touch, but I was expecting something that felt a bit more substantial for the price. It's fine for the spare room but I'm not sure I'd use it in the main living areas. Colour is pretty though.
Great in the conservatory
Fitted this in our conservatory with underfloor heating and it's been brilliant. Warm feel, looks natural, and no issues with movement despite the temperature changes. The oiled finish really shows off the grain.
Good quality oak
Fitted across the landing and upstairs hallway. The colour is a lovely warm tone, not too yellow and not too grey. A couple of boards had very minor surface marks straight out of the box but nothing that affected the overall finish once laid. Very pleased overall.
Living room transformation
Our old carpet was awful — dark, dated, and worn through in patches. This has completely transformed the space. The UV oiled surface looks authentic and the 14mm thickness means it feels genuinely premium underfoot. Spent a bit more than we budgeted but you can absolutely see where the money goes.
