Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Fitted the extension in a weekend
Fitted this last weekend with a mate. Click system was straightforward, no dramas. The brushed finish looks spot on with our grey walls. Would order again.

Fitted this throughout the hallway and into the lounge last month. The brushed and oiled finish gives it a really natural, warm feel — nothing plasticky about it. Solid underfoot too, which you'd expect at 14mm. Really pleased.

Was worried about ordering flooring online but the colour matched the samples perfectly. Laid it in the living room over a weekend — solid, feels the part.
Decent but expected more warmth in the tone
The floor itself is good quality and fits together nicely. My only gripe is that in person it reads a touch cooler than the photos suggested — not a deal-breaker, I've got used to it, but worth bearing in mind if you're matching to warm furniture. Finish and thickness are both solid though.

Fitted the hallway in one go
Easy click system, got the hallway done on my own in an afternoon. Make sure you acclimatise it properly first — I gave it 72 hours and had no issues at all. Looks proper smart.
Really happy with this
Went in our open-plan living room and dining area. Looks absolutely beautiful, the oak grain is very natural and not at all plasticky. Took a bit longer to fit than I expected but the end result is stunning. Would definitely recommend.

The colour came up a touch darker than it looked on the website, but honestly I think I prefer it — feels warmer and cosier in the lounge. Quality is excellent and it feels really solid underfoot. Just worth bearing in mind if you're going off the online images.

Quality is definitely there — it's solid, the finish is lovely, and it's fitted well in our bedroom. Just feels like a lot of money to spend. End result is great though and I'm sure it'll last years, so probably worth it in the long run.

Replaced tired old carpet with this and the room feels completely different. Great quality for the price.
Not quite premium
Looks nice enough and the brushed finish is a decent touch, but I was expecting something that felt a bit more substantial for the price. It's fine for the spare room but I'm not sure I'd use it in the main living areas. Colour is pretty though.
Great in the conservatory
Fitted this in our conservatory with underfloor heating and it's been brilliant. Warm feel, looks natural, and no issues with movement despite the temperature changes. The oiled finish really shows off the grain.

Fitted across the landing and upstairs hallway. The colour is a lovely warm tone, not too yellow and not too grey. A couple of boards had very minor surface marks straight out of the box but nothing that affected the overall finish once laid. Very pleased overall.
