Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Transformed our hallway
Our old carpet was in a terrible state — ripped it up and laid this instead. What a difference. The country light oak shade suits the space perfectly and the whole job took me about three hours. Would definitely order from here again.

Good for the price
Couple of boards had some very minor surface marks when they arrived but nothing that's visible once laid. Overall really happy with the result — the colour is lovely and it was straightforward to fit.

Living room looking fresh
Ripped up some truly horrific brown carpet that had been there since the eighties and put this down instead. The difference is night and day. Light oak is a great shade — suits the neutral walls we have. At 7mm it's not going to win awards for underfoot cushioning but visually it's excellent and the price is very reasonable. Would recommend for main rooms that don't get too much heavy wear.
Easy to lay, looks great
Put this down in the extension. Easy click system, nice colour. It's 7mm so don't expect it to feel chunky underfoot — but for the price and the look, it's absolutely worth it. Loads of compliments from visitors.

Lovely finish
Fitted this in the living room last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The light oak colour is spot on — warm without being too yellow. Good value for a 7mm, does exactly what you'd want in a low-traffic room.
Really pleased with the colour
Was worried the 'country light oak' might come out too pale or plasticky but in person it's really warm and natural looking. Laid it in the conservatory and it's brought the whole room to life. Took a bit longer to fit than I expected around the door frames, but that's just me being slow — the boards themselves were easy to work with.

Bedroom floor sorted
Ordered enough for the main bedroom and a small landing. Colour is really pretty in natural light — pale, clean, Scandi-ish. Easy to fit if you've got basic DIY skills. Make sure you let it acclimatise for 48 hours first, I rushed that part slightly and had a couple of small gaps appear.
Much better than expected
I'll be honest, I was sceptical about ordering flooring online. Photos never tell the full story. But this arrived and it's a nicer shade than I anticipated — slightly cooler tone than the pictures suggested, which actually suits my kitchen better. Fitted it myself no problem.
