Please note that this product requires an additional LVT Specific underlay to be installed underneath this floor, and that your subfloor should be level before installation.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Good for the conservatory
Laid this in our conservatory to replace some old tired tiles. The waterproof properties were a must for us given the temperature fluctuations out there. Colour is lovely — warmer in person than on screen, which I actually prefer. Fitting was straightforward. Only slight gripe is I wish there were a couple more shade options in the range, but this one works well.

Impressed with the quality
Was sceptical about going for SPC click rather than real wood but honestly the appearance is great. Feels firm and stable underfoot — the rigid core really does make a difference compared to softer LVT. Laid it in the bedroom and it looks genuinely smart.
Really happy
Laid it in the kitchen and bathroom. Looks great in both rooms — waterproof was a must and it clips together neatly. The rigid core stops any bounce underfoot which is reassuring.
Hallway looks completely different
Our old carpet was awful — grimy and impossible to keep clean. This has completely changed the hallway. Bright, easy to mop, and the oak pattern looks realistic rather than cheap. Took a bit of getting used to the click system on the first row but after that it flew.
Exactly what we needed
Went in our downstairs extension — the whole open-plan kitchen and dining area. The Bale Oak colour works really well with our grey kitchen units, it's that warm mid-tone that's not too yellow and not too grey. Rigid core means no flex or bounce when you walk on it, which I was slightly worried about with SPC. Fitting took a full day with two of us but the end result is exactly what we were after. Very happy with this purchase.
Slightly darker than the photos but no complaints
Slightly darker than it appeared on my screen but actually I think I prefer it — it's richer in person. The click system needed a bit of patience on the first couple of rows but once you get into a rhythm it's fine. End result looks really good in our open plan living room.
Much better than expected
Much better than our old laminate, which was lifting at the edges after a few years. This feels far more stable and the oak tone is warm without being orange. Would recommend.
Took a bit longer to fit than expected
It took us longer to fit than we'd anticipated — partly because we had a few awkward angles around doorframes and a chimney breast. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The oak colour is warm and realistic-looking, and the floor feels stable and well-made. Worth the effort.

Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value. The rigid core is noticeably firm compared to cheaper vinyl — no hollow sound when you walk on it. Really pleased we chose this one.

Transformed our hallway
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely changed our hallway. The oak effect is really natural-looking, nothing plasticky about it. Clicked together easily enough and the rigid core means it feels solid underfoot despite the thickness. Really pleased.

Great value for an SPC
Fitted this last weekend in the utility room and I'm impressed. The rigid core gives it a much more stable feel than regular LVT and it's fully waterproof which is exactly what I needed. Good value at this price point.
