Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Transformed our hallway
Our old hallway carpet was grim — this has completely changed the look of the whole ground floor. The graphite marble effect is really convincing, much more so than I expected from an online photo. Solid underfoot too, that rigid core makes a real difference.
Dead easy to fit
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. The click system locks together cleanly and the pre-grouted design means you don't have to mess about with any additional finishing. The floor looks professional and I did it all solo in about half a day.

Our conservatory had this horrible worn carpet that we'd been meaning to replace for years. Fitted this over a weekend and it looks incredible — the marble effect suits the space perfectly. Rigid core handles the temperature changes better than I expected too.

Much better than our old laminate
Much better than the laminate we had before. Quieter, feels more stable, and the look is miles ahead. The pre-grouted finish is a genius idea — saves so much effort and looks completely authentic.
Took longer to fit than expected but worth it
Took a bit longer to fit than I anticipated — the click system took some getting used to around the edges. That said, the end result is absolutely stunning. The graphite tone is rich and even, and it's completely transformed our extension. Four stars only because of the fiddly fitting near the skirting boards.
Pre-grouted finish is a game changer
Honestly the pre-grouted lines are what sold this to me and they don't disappoint. Looks exactly like a properly tiled floor. Was worried fitting myself would be a disaster but it clicked together really easily. Just make sure you leave it to acclimatise for 24 hours first — worth doing properly.
Perfect for our downstairs loo
Went in our downstairs loo and it looks brilliant. Waterproof, easy to cut to shape, and the marble finish makes a small space feel much more upmarket. Really pleased.
A few boards had minor marks but overall very happy
Couple of boards in the pack had some very minor surface marks, though they weren't in a visible part of the room so didn't affect the final result. The overall finish is excellent — the graphite marble look is really classy and the floor feels sturdy. Would still recommend without hesitation.
Lovely colour
The graphite shade is slightly darker than the photos online but honestly I prefer it — looks more dramatic and sophisticated in person. Really happy with it overall. Minor point, just be aware of the colour difference from the screen.
