Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Wish there were more shade options
This is a great product and it's gone down beautifully in the hallway — the glue-down method means it's completely flat and there's zero flex. Only reason for four stars is I'd love to see a slightly warmer variation of this tone. But as it is, very happy.
Brilliant in the downstairs loo

Fitted this across our kitchen and utility room last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The bleached oak finish is spot on — light, airy, and makes the whole space feel bigger. Glued down no problem and it's rock solid.
Glues down a treat
Used this in the kitchen extension. Adhesion is excellent — not a creak or a flex anywhere. The bleached finish keeps everything looking bright even on grey days.
Looks far more premium than the price suggests
We renovated our ground floor and used this throughout. Everyone who visits thinks we've spent a fortune on the flooring. The herringbone and the bleached oak colour combination looks genuinely elegant. Adheres firmly, no lifting anywhere after several months now.
Slightly darker than the photos
When it arrived I thought it looked a touch darker than the website images, but once it was down in the kitchen with the lights on I actually prefer it. More depth to it than I expected. Really pleased overall.
Waterproof and looks the business
Kitchen floor was always a worry with spillages and kids. This glues down properly, no gaps, and wipes clean in seconds. The pale herringbone pattern brightens the whole room up. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Happy with this purchase
Ordered enough for the bedroom and landing. The herringbone layout does take a bit of planning before you start — sketch it out first, seriously — but once you've got your starting point it flows well. Colour is beautiful, very light and clean.
Very happy with the overall look
Laid this in the bedroom and it's made such a difference compared to the old laminate we had. The herringbone adds real character and the pale colour makes the room feel calmer. Glued down well and hasn't shifted at all.
Couple of boards had minor marks
Out of the packs I ordered, two or three planks had tiny surface marks — nothing that ended up being visible once laid, as I was able to position them out of sight. Overall quality is good and the finished floor looks excellent. Would still buy again.
Herringbone without the hassle
Was nervous about laying herringbone pattern myself but it was much more straightforward than I expected. Took the weekend but the result looks like something out of a show home. The bleached tone is subtle and really classy.
Transformed the hallway
Old carpet in the hallway was manky. This has completely changed the feel of the house — walk in now and it looks like a proper renovation. The herringbone pattern is so much more interesting than straight planks.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the colour was exactly as shown. Adhesion was easy, came up beautifully.
Fitted it myself, no problem
Was worried about fitting LVT myself — turns out it's dead easy with the glue-down method once you prepare the subfloor properly. The herringbone pattern takes a bit of planning to lay out but the instructions are clear enough. End result is really smart.

Lovely colour, easy to lay
The bleached oak tone is exactly what I was after for a Scandi-inspired living room. Colour matched the photos well. Gluing down was straightforward though I'd recommend taking your time with the adhesive — don't rush it.

Took a bit longer than planned but worth it
Laying herringbone is fiddly, I won't pretend otherwise. Took me and my mate a full day and a half for a medium-sized room. That said, once it was down and the adhesive had set, it looked absolutely stunning. The bleached finish is really fresh.

We had this laid in the open plan kitchen and dining area and it really ties the two spaces together. The herringbone adds a touch of character without being over the top. Colour is a warm, pale oak — not too yellow, not too grey. Really happy.
