Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Solid choice for a rental
Put this down in a rental property between tenants. It's tough, looks smart, and the waterproof element is essential in a kitchen. Tenants have no idea it's not ceramic tile and that suits me fine. Will be using this again in the next property.
Slight colour difference from photos but still four stars
Slightly darker in real life than it appeared on screen, but honestly I think I prefer it — it hides footprints better. Fits together well and feels very sturdy. Minor gripe only, still very happy with the purchase.
Solid underfoot, looks premium
Was sceptical about ordering flooring online but this exceeded expectations. The 6mm SPC feels genuinely substantial — none of that hollow sound you get with cheaper stuff. Colour is exactly as pictured.
Took a bit of time but worth it
Took longer to fit than I expected — the room had a tricky alcove and I had to be careful with cuts. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The tile effect is convincing and a few people have asked if it's real stone. Happy to have put the time in.
Couple of boards had minor marks but overall brilliant
Out of the boxes I opened, two boards had very faint surface marks — probably from transit. They ended up in a spot that got cut anyway so it didn't matter in the end. The rest was perfect. Fitting was smooth and the finished floor looks fantastic in the kitchen diner.
First time fitter, no problem
Was worried about fitting it myself having never done flooring before. Turns out the click system is dead easy once you get the hang of the first few rows. Watched a couple of videos online and got the hang of it quickly. The floor looks absolutely professional now — chuffed to bits with it.

Wish there were more colour options
The silver stone looks great and we're really happy with it in the kitchen. Only reason it's four stars is I'd have loved a slightly warmer tone option in the same range. That's a personal preference thing, not a criticism of the product itself — quality is excellent.
Looks expensive, isn't
Guests keep complimenting the floor and assuming it cost a fortune. It didn't. Great tile effect, very realistic from a standing distance. Easy to keep clean too — just a mop and it's done.

Transformed the hallway
Our old carpet was disgusting — dark, worn, impossible to keep clean. This has completely changed the feel of the house. The silver stone effect is subtle rather than garish, which I was worried about, and it photographs really well. Fitting took a full day for the hallway and landing but it was straightforward enough. Would definitely order again.
Brilliant in our kitchen
Fitted this across the kitchen and into the utility room last month. The click system is really straightforward — even my husband managed it without too much swearing. Feels genuinely solid underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Really pleased with how it's come out.

Fitted the conservatory
Needed something that could handle temperature swings in the conservatory and this has been absolutely fine so far. Four months in and no warping or gapping. The click system made fitting solo much easier than I expected — just took my time and it went down nicely.

Not the cheapest but you can see why
There are cheaper SPC floors out there but this one does feel noticeably better — more rigid, better finish on the surface, and the click feels tighter. I've fitted cheaper stuff before and the difference is obvious when you're on your knees doing it. Worth the extra.
Bedroom and landing done
Used this throughout the upstairs — bedroom, landing and the box room. Consistent look all the way through and it's made the whole floor feel much more connected. The 6mm thickness gives it a real quality feel underfoot, especially in the bedroom where you notice it first thing in the morning.
Much better than expected
Honestly didn't think flooring at this price could feel this good. The rigid core means it doesn't flex or creak at all. Did the whole extension in a weekend and it looks like we've spent a lot more than we did. The silver stone colour is cool and modern — goes perfectly with our grey walls.
