Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks better than expected
Honestly wasn't sure about ordering flooring online without walking on a sample but the quality speaks for itself when you open the boxes. The boards are weighty and the surface texture looks genuinely wood-like. Couple of our neighbours have asked about it since we fitted it.

Took a couple of tries to get the click right but worth it
First few boards I was a bit clumsy with the mechanism and had to redo a row — my own fault rather than the product. Once I got the technique it clicked (literally) and the rest went down quickly. The finish is excellent and it feels very solid underfoot. Looks exactly like the sample I ordered.

Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy
Never laid flooring before. Watched a couple of YouTube videos, made sure I acclimatised the boards for 48 hours as recommended, and got stuck in. The click system is forgiving and the boards are a good weight to handle. Did the utility room in a morning. Looks really professional and I'm chuffed with it.
Transformed our hallway completely
Our old carpet in the hallway was a nightmare — stained, worn, impossible to keep clean. Switched to this Golden Ash and honestly can't believe the difference. Looks so much more modern and the colour is exactly what I was hoping for. Fitted it ourselves over a weekend, the click system is really intuitive once you get the hang of the first couple of rows. Feels genuinely solid underfoot too, none of that hollow sound you sometimes get with cheaper options.
Exactly what we needed
Fitted throughout the ground floor. The colour ties the spaces together nicely and the quality is consistent board to board. Genuinely impressed — previous laminate we had was much thinner and you could tell. This feels like a proper floor.
Fitted the bedroom last weekend
Took about four hours for a medium-sized bedroom, including moving furniture. The click system is easy once you get into a rhythm. Colour looks natural and warm, not too yellow, not too grey. Very pleased.
Not the cheapest but you can see where the money goes
I priced up a few options and this was near the top of my budget. Once it was down though, you could immediately see the difference compared to the budget stuff I'd used in a rental before. Feels genuinely premium. The golden ash colour is beautiful — natural-looking without being too rustic. Living room looks completely different now.
Wish there were more colour options but this one is lovely
I was looking for something slightly cooler-toned but the golden ash grew on me once I saw it in the room with the light coming in. Really warm and inviting. Fitting was fine — took a bit longer than expected on the awkward corners near the fireplace but that's just the nature of the job. End result looks professional.

Slightly darker than the photos but I actually prefer it
Wasn't 100% sure the colour would work from the photos online but when it arrived it was a touch darker and richer than expected. Turned out to be a good thing — looks warmer in real life. Fitting was straightforward and it feels like quality when you walk on it.
Really pleased overall
Went in our open-plan kitchen-diner and it looks stunning. The golden ash tone is warm without being orange — really natural. It's been down three months now and still looks as good as the day we fitted it. Kids and a dog haven't managed to scratch it yet which is impressive.
Kitchen floor sorted
Fitted this in the kitchen extension last month. Easy enough to lay and the finish is really clean — the ash tone works perfectly with our grey units. Waterproof properties have already been tested by my kids spilling things repeatedly and it's held up fine. Would definitely order again.

Downstairs loo transformation
Small room but it's made a huge difference. Was worried about fitting around the toilet but the planks cut cleanly and the click system works right up to the edges. Looks very smart.
