Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Flooring order
Terrible service, unable to contact customer service, no live chat, no returned emails, no phones answered. Order placed on 3/12/24 only dispatched on 23/1/25. No communication, no apologies. I requested a refund and cancelled the order on 22/1/25. Absolutely awful, will never use again.
Brilliant flooring
This is the second order of this flooring we have made. Already done downstairs now doing upstairs. It is excellent quality easy to fit and looks fantastic. Had downstairs done a few months now, easy to clean and always looks like new. Delivery was fast and we would recommend Floor Depot to everyone.
Brilliant flooring
Got this a while ago fitted all through the downstairs, so no joining rods needed between rooms. Looks fantastic goes down easily and a doddle to clean.
