Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Perfect for our extension
Was worried about ordering flooring online but this arrived well packaged and the colour matched the sample exactly. Went down in our rear extension which gets a fair bit of foot traffic and it's holding up brilliantly so far. Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value.
Transformed our hallway
Our old carpet was genuinely embarrassing — dark, worn through in patches, always looked grubby no matter how much you hoovered. Ripped it out last month and put this down instead and the hallway looks completely different now. The Golden Oak colour is warm without being orange, which was my main worry. Feels solid underfoot too, proper substantial feel, not that hollow clicky sound you get with cheaper stuff. Fitted it myself over a weekend with no prior experience and found the click system pretty intuitive once I got going. Really chuffed with how it's come out.

Great flooring, minor quibble
Really happy with this overall. The finish is lovely and it feels genuinely premium underfoot — you can tell it's not budget stuff. Only giving four stars because I wish there were a couple more shade options in the range, but the Golden Oak itself is a nice colour. Would buy again.

Fitted the landing perfectly
Was a bit nervous about a narrow landing with lots of cuts around the stair spindles, but this was really forgiving to work with. Cuts cleanly, clicks together well. Looks brilliant now.
Really impressed overall
Wasn't sure about the Golden Oak colour from the website but ordered a sample first and it was spot on for what we needed. Fits our open-plan kitchen and dining area perfectly — warm tone without being too rustic. The underfloor heating compatibility was important to us and it's been absolutely fine with our system. Really solid feel underfoot, which you notice compared to thinner vinyls. Four stars only because the click on a couple of boards needed a bit more persuasion than the rest, but nothing that caused a problem.

Much better than our old laminate
Previous floor was a budget laminate that felt hollow and sounded awful to walk on. This is a completely different experience — proper rigid feel, no bounce, no echo. The Golden Oak tone is exactly what we wanted for the kitchen-diner. Slightly darker in person than the photos online but actually prefer it, goes better with our units. Fitting was straightforward, did it in an afternoon with a friend.
Took longer to fit than expected but worth it
I'm not the most experienced DIYer and the click system took me a while to get my head around, especially around the doorframes. Took most of a Saturday for a medium-sized bedroom. But the end result is genuinely stunning and it feels so much better than the cheap laminate that was there before. You can really feel the quality when you walk on it barefoot. No regrets.

Not the cheapest but you can see where the money goes
Spent a while deliberating whether to go for this or a cheaper alternative. Went with this in the end and genuinely glad I did. The thickness makes a real difference — feels substantial and premium in a way that cheaper SPC just doesn't. Covered the whole downstairs with it and it flows really nicely from room to room. The click system is well engineered and everything locked together cleanly. A few of the boards had very faint variation in the grain pattern but honestly it just adds to the natural look.
Living room sorted
Fitted this last weekend in the living room and it's come out exactly how I hoped. Warm oak tone, sits nicely against our grey walls. The 6mm thickness gives it a really reassuring feel when you walk on it — nothing flimsy about it at all. Click system was fiddly on the first few rows but after that it clicked into a rhythm, if you'll excuse the pun. Acclimatised it for 48 hours first as recommended and had zero issues with warping or gaps.

Conservatory flooring sorted
So pleased with how this turned out in the conservatory. We get a lot of sun in there and wanted something that wouldn't warp or fade quickly. Three months in and it still looks as good as the day it went down. The colour is lovely — not too yellow, not too grey, just a proper warm oak. Would recommend to anyone.

Great flooring nice to lay good price
Really Nice Flooring but.....
Arrived on a palette bound tightly with metal strapping. So much so that the outer boxes were indented to the point that several planks had chunks taken out (crushed) in line with where the strapping had been. Tried to complain but comm's are none existent. Phoned (always went to voice mail) & emailed many times. No one answered.
