Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly, the planks were in great condition and the colour matched the photos really well. The click system took a bit of getting used to but once I got the hang of it, it was straightforward enough. Looks premium for the price.

Not the cheapest option out there but you can absolutely see where the money goes. The 6mm SPC feels noticeably more substantial than cheaper vinyls I've laid before. The aged oak finish is really tasteful — not too rustic, not too plain. Went down in our open plan kitchen-diner and it's pulled the whole room together.

Really pleased overall
A couple of the boards had very minor surface marks when I opened the packs — nothing visible once laid, but worth checking as you go. The finished floor looks brilliant though and the quality is clearly there. Would still recommend without hesitation.
Took longer to lay than I thought but worth it
First time doing a floor myself so I was slow getting the hang of it. Took a full day for the kitchen rather than the half day I planned. But the result is genuinely stunning — the colour is subtle and sophisticated and it feels very solid. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Transformed our hallway
Fitted this last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The aged grey oak colour is spot on — not too dark, not too light. Feels really solid underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Neighbours have already asked where we got it.
Slightly darker in person but I actually prefer it
Colour came up a touch darker than on my screen, but honestly it works better in the room than what I'd imagined. Feels very sturdy, the click system is decent. Minor faff trimming around the doorframes but that's just fitting, not the product's fault.
Solid choice for the living room
Laid this across a large living room and it looks fantastic. The wood effect is convincing without being over the top. Wish there were a couple more colour options in this range, but the aged grey is a very safe, stylish choice.
Much better than our old carpet
Our old carpet was absolutely disgusting — this has completely changed the feel of the room. The grey oak finish is really convincing and the 6mm thickness means it feels genuinely substantial when you walk on it. Fitted it ourselves over a weekend with no real issues. Very pleased.
