Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Brilliant in the kitchen
Fitted this across our open-plan kitchen and dining area last month. The grey sand oak tone is spot on — not too cold, not too warm. Feels genuinely solid underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Really pleased with it.

Ordered for the conservatory and it's held up brilliantly through some big temperature swings. The click system locked together really cleanly and the boards feel dense and well made. Colour is a lovely understated grey-oak tone that works in most spaces.

Not the cheapest but you can see why
Not the cheapest option out there but you can see where the money goes. The boards feel genuinely dense and the surface finish is hard-wearing. We've got two dogs and a toddler and it's showing no signs of wear after three months. Looks fantastic in our open-plan ground floor.
Took a bit longer than expected but worth it
Fitting took me most of the weekend rather than the afternoon I'd planned — mainly because I was being fussy about the layout around door frames. But honestly the end result is stunning. Feels premium, looks premium. No regrets.
Good quality, minor gripe
Genuinely impressed with the quality — feels solid and the finish is excellent. Only reason I haven't given five stars is I wish there were a couple more shade options in the range. The grey sand oak is nice but I was hoping for something slightly warmer. Still, very happy overall.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was tired and dated — this has completely changed the feel of the room. The colour is lovely, really neutral and goes with everything. Click system was straightforward even for a first-timer like me. Would definitely order again.

Really good SPC for the money
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has been a pleasant surprise. The 6mm thickness gives it a really substantial feel — nothing hollow about it. Laid it in the extension and it looks like it cost twice the price. Colour matches the online photos well too.

Much better than the old laminate
Much better than our old laminate — that used to creak and feel a bit hollow. This is a different league. The rigid core makes a real difference.
Fitted the landing and downstairs loo
Used this on the landing and in the downstairs loo. Easy to cut around the awkward bits near the skirting and the toilet base. Waterproof properties are exactly what you need in that kind of space. Looks smart and feels sturdy.

Slightly darker in person
Slightly darker than the photos suggested, but honestly I prefer it — it looks more sophisticated in real life. Fitted in the living room and everyone who comes round asks what flooring it is. Easy click system, locked together without any fuss.
