Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Took a bit longer to fit than I hoped
Took longer to fit than expected — the click system took a little getting used to around the doorframes. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The grey oak tone is really tasteful and the boards feel thick and durable. Worth the effort.

Acclimatised it for 48 hours as recommended then fitted it over a weekend. Nice straightforward click system, no special tools needed beyond the usual. The colour is exactly as shown — a soft, natural grey oak that goes with our décor perfectly. Very solid feel underfoot, which I'd expect at this spec.
Solid, looks the part
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. Snaps together well and the surface looks really authentic. Not the cheapest option but you can see where the money goes with the 6mm construction.
Solid choice for a busy hallway
Fitted this in the hallway and it's taken a battering from muddy boots and dogs without showing any wear. The click system was straightforward enough — I'd done laminate before so it felt familiar. Colour photographs really well too, matches our grey walls perfectly.
Good quality, minor gripe
Fitted this last weekend across two bedrooms. Quality is very good — feels substantial, clicks together nicely, and the grain pattern looks natural. My only minor gripe is that a couple of boards in one pack had a very slight surface mark, but nothing visible once laid. Overall very happy with it.

Transformed the living room
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely changed the space. The grey oak tone is spot on — not too cold, not too warm. Feels genuinely solid underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Really pleased.
Makes the kitchen feel modern
Our old kitchen floor was orange pine laminate from about 2003. Replacing it with this grey oak has dragged the whole room into the present. The SPC core means it handles anything the kitchen throws at it — dropped pans, spills, constant foot traffic. Looks sharp and feels solid.
Fitted the downstairs loo
Went in our downstairs loo and it's perfect. The rigid core means no movement at all and being fully waterproof is exactly what you need in a small bathroom. Looks really smart, the grey oak finish is stylish without being cold. Clicked together easily even in a tiny awkward space.
Slightly darker than photos but love it
Slightly darker in person than the photos on the website, but honestly I actually prefer it — it looks richer. The quality is excellent. Feels genuinely premium underfoot and the texture of the surface is realistic. Just wish there were one or two more colour variants in this range.
Better than expected
Genuinely surprised by how substantial this feels underfoot. At 6mm SPC I expected it to feel a bit flimsy but it's really solid. The colour is a lovely muted grey oak — not too grey, not too yellow. Took me and my mate about four hours to do the whole bedroom. Would buy again.
Brilliant for the open plan
Ran this through the kitchen diner and living room as one continuous floor. It completely ties the space together. The colour is a clean, modern grey oak that works with everything. Fitting was logical and satisfying — each board clicked in with a reassuring snap. Very impressed overall.
Lovely floor
I really love the floor, and it went down lovely, or so the fitter said. Would've given 5 stars however the recommended scotia/ beading did not match, completely different colours. I've tried to contact to return the scotia however have not had a response. I've emailed, what's apped and they don't answer the phone. Now I'm stuck with this item that I paid £67 for.
Conservatory transformation
Our old conservatory floor was tatty vinyl that had seen better days. Fitted this Chicago Grey Oak throughout and it looks like a completely different room. The rigid SPC core is great for the temperature fluctuations you get in a conservatory too — no expansion issues so far after several months.

Kitchen floor sorted
Put this down in the kitchen extension. Waterproof properties were the main reason I chose it and it's not let me down — spills wipe straight off. Looks much more expensive than it is.

Lovely result
We ordered this floor for our living/dining room and conservatory, nearly 40 sqm. It arrived in the promised time and the driver was kind enough to deliver right to my garage door. I didn’t find it the easiest to fit but it is very satisfying to see the end result. I don’t think my knees will let me come out of retirement and start a new career in flooring! We definitely made the right choice of flooring and for price and support probably the best choice in supplier.
