Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Fitted the kitchen in an afternoon
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this was a great experience. Acclimatised the boards for 48 hours first as recommended, then the click system made fitting pretty much stress-free. Looks genuinely premium and the waterproof aspect is perfect for a kitchen. Really impressed.

Great flooring, slight colour surprise
Slightly darker than the photos online but honestly it works even better in our space. The living room feels warm and contemporary now. Click system is simple and the boards feel very robust. Minor thing — I had a couple of boards with very faint marks on the surface but nothing that's visible once laid. Overall very happy.

Five stars, no hesitation
Absolutely love this. Fitted the bedroom and landing in a weekend and it looks incredible. The colour ties everything together and the boards are nice and wide which gives it a really premium look. Feels rock solid when you walk on it — no hollow sound at all. Already planning to do the spare room.
Transformed the hallway
Our old carpet was a disaster — stained, tired, and impossible to keep clean. This has completely changed the space. The colour is a lovely soft oak, not too yellow, not too grey. Fitting was straightforward even for a first-timer like me. The 6mm thickness gives it a really reassuring feel when you walk on it. Would buy again without hesitation.
Downstairs loo sorted
Needed something waterproof for the downstairs loo. This fit the bill perfectly. Small space so fitting took about an hour. Looks smart.

Looks brilliant in the kitchen
Fitted this across our open-plan kitchen and dining area last month. The White Mist Oak colour is spot on — light without being too stark, and it's made the whole space feel bigger. Clicks together really satisfyingly and feels genuinely solid underfoot. Very happy with this.
Not the cheapest, but you can see where the money goes
Was debating between this and a couple of cheaper alternatives. Went with this in the end and I'm glad I did. The 6mm SPC has a really solid feel — you can tell it's a step up from the thin budget stuff. The White Mist Oak shade photographs a little lighter than it looks in person, but actually I prefer it slightly warmer in real life. Living room looks fantastic.

Perfect for our extension
We had a single-storey extension put on and needed flooring that would work with underfloor heating. This ticks every box. Warm to the touch, looks high-end, and the click system made it manageable for our fitter in a day.
Solid choice for the living room

Nice finish, took some patience to fit
Took a bit longer to fit than I expected — the click system needs a bit of getting used to around doorframes. But the end result is genuinely stunning. Really pleased I went with this over a cheaper option.

Packs arrived with a couple of planks damaged in transit and even though I was late informing them they sent another pack without question! Haven’t laid the floor yet but the flooring looks great and I’m sure I’ll be more than happy
