Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Solid choice for the price point
You're getting a genuinely premium feel with this. The boards are thick, the finish is realistic and the click system is solid. Fitted our ground floor over two weekends and it looks like it was done professionally. Very happy.
Great quality, minor note
Really happy with the Devine Oak — it's a gorgeous floor and the thickness makes it feel like a proper investment. I did order a bit more than I needed because the pattern repeat meant more offcuts than I expected, so worth calculating carefully. But the floor itself is brilliant.
Solid and premium feeling
This is proper quality laminate. The 12mm thickness gives it a real weight and the floor feels genuinely sturdy — no flex at all. We've had it down in the dining room for three months now and it still looks brand new. Colour is a beautiful natural oak, not too orange, not too grey.

Looks great in the lounge
Really pleased with this. Colour is a lovely warm oak and it feels genuinely premium underfoot. Took us a weekend to lay the whole lounge ourselves with no prior experience — instructions were clear and the boards clicked together really smoothly.
Happy with this purchase
Really nice flooring, fits together easily and looks smart. Only thing I'd say is I wish there were a few more colour variations in the range — a slightly darker oak would've been ideal — but the one available is still very nice.
Very good but took a bit of patience
The flooring itself is excellent — really good quality and looks brilliant in our hallway. I found the click system took a bit of getting used to on the first couple of rows, but once I got into the rhythm it was fine. End result is lovely.
Brilliant product
Just finished laying this throughout the ground floor and it looks absolutely incredible. The boards are thick and feel very high quality — you'd genuinely struggle to tell it wasn't solid wood at a glance. The colour variation between boards is subtle and realistic, which makes a huge difference to the overall look. Really proud of how it's turned out.

Conservatory transformation

Perfect for our open plan

This oak finish does the job perfectly — neutral enough to work with everything but with enough warmth to feel inviting. The 12mm is noticeably solid, especially compared to cheaper laminates we've tried before.
