Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Good quality laminate
Good quality laminate. Does the job well.
Solid choice for a busy house
Three kids, two dogs, and this floor is holding up perfectly. It's been down about four months now and there's no sign of wear. The canyon oak pattern hides dirt better than I expected too — very practical colour choice. The 12mm gives it a reassuring solidness that I wasn't sure laminate could achieve.
Impressed with the quality
I've laid a few different laminates over the years and this is genuinely one of the better ones. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference — feels premium underfoot and there's no flex or give when you walk on it. The canyon oak finish is subtle and elegant, not too red, not too grey. Exactly what we needed
Put this down in the extension and the open plan kitchen-diner. It runs through seamlessly and the wood effect is convincing without looking fake. The 12mm gives it a real solidity — you don't get that hollow tap when you walk on it. Would buy again without hesitation.

Nice colour, fits well
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this was a good experience. The Canyon Oak colour is exactly as shown — a natural mid-tone that works with pretty much any décor. 12mm feels chunky and well-made. Slight niggle is I wish there were a couple more shade options in the range, but the one that's there is genuinely lovely.
Took a bit of time but worth it
Took longer to fit than I expected — partly my fault for having an awkward shaped room with a bay window. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The colour has a lovely natural variation from board to board which stops it looking too uniform. Very pleased overall.
Easy fit, great finish
Fitted this last weekend across the hallway and landing. Click system was straightforward once you get into a rhythm — I'd say give yourself a full day if you're doing a decent sized area. The boards feel substantial, proper premium laminate, not the thin stuff you get at budget places. Really happy with how it's come out.
Lovely finish throughout
We had this laid in our hallway, dining room and through into the kitchen. It flows really nicely as one continuous floor. The colour is that perfect in-between oak — not pale, not dark. Installer said it was easy to work with too, which always helps. Couldn't be happier.

Not the cheapest but you see why
Not the cheapest option I looked at, but you can absolutely see where the money goes. The 12mm thickness gives it a genuinely high-end feel underfoot and the surface texture is realistic without being too rough. Fitted it in our open-plan living area and it looks like it was done professionally even though I did it myself.
Was worried about DIY fitting
Was worried about fitting it myself after a bad experience with a cheap laminate a few years back. This was completely different — the click system is satisfying to use and the boards stayed tight without any fuss. The 12mm depth makes it feel like proper flooring. Might tackle the upstairs next.

Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was absolutely grim — threadbare in the middle and never looked clean no matter how much we hoovered. Laid this last month and the difference is night and day. The oak colour is warm without being too yellow, and the 12mm thickness genuinely feels solid underfoot. Really pleased.
Conservatory looks fab
Put this in the conservatory to replace some old ceramic tiles that were freezing in winter. Makes such a difference — warmer underfoot and looks far more inviting. The colour works beautifully in a bright sunny room. Took me an afternoon to lay it solo.

Slightly darker in person
The boards came up slightly darker than the photos suggested, which threw me at first. But honestly? I prefer it. The deeper tone looks really rich and warm in the room. A couple of the boards in one pack had very minor surface marks but nothing that's visible once it's all laid. Happy to give this four stars.

Much better than our old laminate
Much better than the laminate we had before, which was only 8mm and always felt a bit hollow. This 12mm version has a completely different feel — proper and substantial. The colour is calm and natural, goes with the grey walls we've got throughout. Would definitely recommend.
