Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Does exactly what it says
Bought this for the kitchen diner and it's held up really well after a few months. Looks the part and feels genuinely solid underfoot.
Great value for 12mm
For the price you're getting a genuinely substantial board. The 12mm gives it a feel that a lot of thinner laminates just don't have. Laid it in the living room and it looks fantastic.

Really impressed
Wasn't expecting much at this price point to be honest but this is genuinely impressive laminate. The colour is gorgeous and it feels rock solid once laid.

Decent laminate, slight learning curve
Looks great in our hallway and the quality feels solid for the money. I did find the click system needed a bit more force than I was expecting — nothing a rubber mallet couldn't sort out — but overall a really good product.

Replaced old carpet with this in our master bedroom and couldn't be happier. The boards feel substantial and the Pekin Oak tone is warm without being too yellow. Click system was straightforward even for a first-timer.
Almost perfect
Really love the finish on these boards and the 12mm thickness makes it feel like proper flooring. Only giving four stars because I wish there were a couple more colour variations in the range — the Pekin Oak is lovely but I'd have liked to compare a slightly darker tone. That said, very happy with what I've got.
Solid underfoot, great look

Nice boards, very happy overall
Four stars only because I ordered a bit more than I needed and couldn't return the extra — but that's on me really. The flooring itself is excellent, proper chunky boards that feel great underfoot.
Great boards, took a bit of patience
Really happy with how the floor looks in the conservatory. The boards are thick and feel quality. Click system took me a bit to get the hang of on the first few rows but once I found my rhythm it was fine. Would recommend.
Hallway transformation
Our hallway was looking tired and this has completely transformed it. The oak finish is natural-looking and not at all plasticky. Fitting was pretty easy with a decent pull bar.

We ummed and ahhed between this and a more expensive engineered wood option. So glad we went with this — the 12mm thickness gives it a really solid, high-end feel. You'd never guess it was laminate.
