Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

The boards look a bit darker than they appear on the website, which threw me initially. Once it was down I actually quite like it — it works better with our furniture than the lighter shade would have. Click system was simple enough. Just worth being aware the photos aren't quite true to life.

The colour in person is noticeably warmer than it looked on screen — not unpleasant, just different to what I was planning for. Fitting was straightforward and the boards feel sturdy enough given the thickness. I'd probably try to get a sample first if I was doing it again. It's not bad, just not quite the right fit for our room.

Only giving four stars because I'd have loved a wider plank option to choose from. That said, what's here is genuinely very good and I'm happy with the result in the living room.

Really impressed with the quality. Feels chunky and substantial, which you'd expect from 12mm but I've been let down before with other brands. The Nairobi Oak colour is warm and natural-looking — goes perfectly with our cream walls.
