Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Took a chance and it paid off
Ordered after seeing a friend's floor which turned out to be a different brand entirely, but I'm glad I went with this one. The colour is actually nicer in person — really rich oak tone. Fitting was easy and it feels rock solid now it's down.
Premium feel without the premium price
I was a bit nervous ordering flooring online without seeing it in person but I'm so glad I did. The colour is exactly as shown — a lovely natural oak with subtle grain detail. At 12mm it's genuinely thick and feels luxurious to walk on. Fitted the living room and dining area and had plenty left over too.
Lovely flooring
Really pleased with how the conservatory looks now. The oak shade is warm and inviting and the 12mm thickness means it doesn't sound hollow when you walk on it, which was a big thing for me. Would definitely recommend.
Looks brilliant in the bedroom
Fitted this in the master bedroom to replace some really worn carpet. The oak colouring is beautiful — warm and realistic without looking fake. Laying it was straightforward and the planks locked together well. Couldn't fault it.
Very impressed
Laid this in the bedroom and it looks gorgeous. The warm oak tone works really well with light-coloured furniture. Planks were consistent in colour across the packs which I've found isn't always the case with laminate. Will definitely order again for the hallway.
Absolutely love this floor
Laid this in our living room last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The 12mm thickness makes it feel really solid underfoot — nothing flimsy about it at all. Looks genuinely premium and the oak finish is spot on, not too yellow or too grey. Would buy again without hesitation.
Lovely finish, wish there were more options
The Nairobi Oak looks brilliant — genuinely warm and natural, and the 12mm thickness gives it a really premium feel underfoot. Only giving four stars because I'd have loved a wider plank option to choose from. That said, what's here is genuinely very good and I'm happy with the result in the living room.
Great laminate for the price
Really impressed with the quality. Feels chunky and substantial, which you'd expect from 12mm but I've been let down before with other brands. The Nairobi Oak colour is warm and natural-looking — goes perfectly with our cream walls.
Really nice floor — minor gripe though
The floor itself is excellent — beautiful oak finish and very solid thanks to the 12mm thickness. My only small gripe is I'd love to see a slightly darker shade in this range to go with our furniture, but the colour that's available is still lovely. Really pleased overall.

Hallway transformation

Brilliant quality, easy to lay
We did the whole downstairs with this and it's made such a difference. The planks are a good length and width, the click system is really satisfying once you get into a rhythm, and the oak finish looks completely genuine. The 12mm definitely adds to the premium feel — no squeaking or bouncing at all.
