Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Please contact us for full warranty details.

After placing my order I
After placing my order I waited 5 working days before contacting the company asking about my order. No reply was sent. On day 6 I sent another email asking about my order. I ordered a product that had 3-5 days delivery time as I needed it as soon as possible. I was rang later on day 6 and told the flooring I had ordered wasn't in stock, and would I like to look at alternatives within the price range? I told the person I needed ASAP as had people waiting to fit it, he showed me some that were in stock, I chose an alternative and was told that the lorry was still in loading up and he would make sure my order was loaded before it left. It still took another 5 working days before it came- not very speedy at all! And held up most of the work I was having done in my kitchen and dining room . The flooring is lovely but I'd think twice before ordering unless you're not in a hurry to get it
