Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Stunning in the bedroom
So pleased with this. The colour is a lovely soft oak, not too orange, not too grey — just right. The 12mm thickness gives it a really premium feel underfoot, like proper solid wood.
Four stars — great floor, fiddly cutting
The boards themselves are really impressive — thick, solid, great-looking oak tone. Knocking one star off purely because the boards were a touch harder to cut cleanly than previous laminates I've used, though I suspect that's partly down to the 12mm thickness. Final result looks amazing.
Great laminate
Really good quality for the price. Laid it myself over the weekend with no problems and it looks great. Would order again.
Lovely warm tone
The colour photographs well online but honestly looks even better in person. We did the landing and it's made the whole upstairs feel warmer and more cohesive. Very pleased.

Did the landing and top of the stairs in this and it's made such an impact. The colour is warm and bright, really opens up the space. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Solid boards, nice finish, no issues fitting it. Took a little while to get into the rhythm of the click system but once you're going it's fine.
Nearly perfect
Really solid laminate and the colour is exactly as shown. Only reason it's four stars is I'd love a slightly wider plank option in this design — personal preference more than anything. Quality is spot on.
Professional finish, DIY effort
Laid this myself over two days in the kitchen and I'm genuinely proud of how it looks. The boards click together really well and the surface is nice and smooth. My partner keeps asking if we had a professional in — we didn't!
Good product, minor gripe
Really happy with how the floor looks and feels — very solid, nice tone to the oak. Only giving four stars because I wish there were a couple more shade options in this range, something slightly lighter would have been ideal for our conservatory. That said, this colour has grown on me and the quality is excellent.
Great for the hallway
Was worried about durability in a busy hallway with two dogs and three kids, but this has held up really well. Surface is standing up to scratches better than I expected. Looks smart too.

Brilliant choice for our living room
We laid this across our entire living room and hallway and honestly couldn't be happier. The 12mm thickness makes such a difference underfoot — it feels solid and premium, nothing like the thin stuff we had before. The dune oak colour is warm without being too yellow, really complements our walls.

Solid laminate, very pleased
Third time ordering laminate for various rooms in the house and this is by far the best we've used. The 12mm is genuinely substantial underfoot and the click system went together smoothly. Our fitter commented on the quality of the boards too.
High quality product
This is clearly a step above the budget options. The boards are thick and rigid, the surface texture is realistic, and the overall finish is excellent. We've had it down three months now and it still looks brand new.
Living room looks incredible
Couldn't be happier. The dune oak is a gorgeous neutral tone and the thick boards feel wonderful to walk on. So much better than the cheap stuff I tried in a rental years ago — you can really tell the difference with 12mm.

Lovely floor, minor fitting note
The end result is gorgeous and the quality is obvious the moment you open the packs. Took off one star only because a few boards in one pack had slightly tight tongue and groove joints — needed a bit more persuading than the rest. Could just be batch variation. Overall very happy.

Transformed our downstairs
We replaced tired carpet with this throughout the ground floor — living room, hallway, and dining room. What a difference. The floor feels incredibly solid and the dune oak colour ties everything together beautifully. Really feels like a premium product.
