Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Great flooring
There were a few damaged boxes but my husband forgot to send email to you. As it turned out, we were able to use those for the cuts so turned out ok in the end. Pleased with how floor looks and apparently quite easy to lay!
