Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks lovely. Very happy.
Great floor, wish there were more shades
Really impressed with the quality for the price. The click mechanism is smooth and the boards sit flat with no movement. My only minor gripe is I'd have liked a slightly lighter colourway option — the one shade available is nice but a cooler grey-oak would have suited our room better. Still very happy overall though.
Very happy with the result
Took a little longer to fit than I expected — had to take my time getting the first few rows straight — but the end result is genuinely stunning. The grain pattern varies nicely across the boards so it doesn't look repetitive. Highly recommend for any DIYer with a bit of patience.

Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely won me over. The colour is a warm, natural oak — not too yellow, not too grey — and it's gone down in our open-plan kitchen diner a treat. Feels firm and stable, no flex whatsoever. Had a couple of boards left over which is always reassuring.
Transformed the extension
Our old carpet in the extension was absolutely grim. This has completely changed the room — it looks so much bigger and lighter now. The 5.2mm thickness gives it a proper solid feel, not at all hollow when you walk on it. Fitted it myself over two days, no professional needed.
Went down in the downstairs loo
Needed something waterproof for a small cloakroom and this was perfect. Totally waterproof, the rigid core keeps it from moving around, and the oak finish looks far classier than I expected for the price. Fits well around the toilet base with a bit of careful cutting.
Solid flooring, does the job
Fitted this across the living room last weekend. The rigid core makes it feel really solid underfoot — nothing like those flimsy vinyls you get at the cheaper end. Click system was straightforward once I got the hang of it, and the oak effect is convincingly realistic. Well worth the money.
Colour is slightly darker than the photos
The boards came out a touch darker than they appeared on screen, but honestly I prefer it — it's a richer, warmer tone and it works beautifully with our grey walls. The SPC core is reassuringly stiff and it's clicked together without any gaps. Would buy again.
