Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 30 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Great laminate, took a while to fit
Took longer to fit than I expected — mostly because I wanted to get the pattern placement right. But the end result is stunning. The oak grain looks really natural and the boards feel weighty and well made. Definitely a long-term floor rather than something you're replacing in a few years.
Much better than our old laminate
We had a cheaper 7mm floor before and the difference is night and day. This feels like a proper floor. The sound is better too — less hollow. Put it throughout the ground floor and couldn't be more pleased.
Premium feel without the premium price tag
Wasn't expecting it to feel this substantial. The thickness is noticeable — proper solid feel when you walk on it. Laid it in the open-plan kitchen-diner and it's drawn compliments from everyone who's visited. Easy enough to fit with a bit of patience and the right tools.

Lovely floor, minor gripe
Really happy with the quality — the 10mm makes such a difference compared to the budget stuff we had in the bedroom before. Only thing I'd say is the colour came up slightly darker than on my screen, but honestly I prefer it. Looks warmer in person.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was tired and dated — this has completely changed the feel of the whole room. The 10mm thickness makes it feel genuinely premium underfoot, nothing like the thin stuff we had before. Really pleased with how it's come together.
Fitted it myself, no issues
Was a bit nervous about doing it myself but honestly it was fine. Good instructions, the click system works well. Bedroom looks fantastic now — warm and clean. The oak colour ties in perfectly with the existing furniture.

Took some getting used to the click system
First time I've laid laminate myself and I'll be honest — the click system had me frustrated for the first half hour. Once I watched a couple of videos and got my technique sorted it was fine. The floor itself looks brilliant. The oak tone is warm and natural and you can really feel the quality of the 10mm boards. Would recommend, just give yourself more time than you think.
Conservatory and dining room — both great
Used this in two rooms and ordered enough to do both in one go. Colour is consistent across all packs which was a relief. The 10mm gives it that reassuring solidity — you can feel it's not going anywhere. Minor point: wish there were a couple more colour variants in the range, but the Dezent Oak works well in both spaces.

Solid choice for the hallway
Fitted this across the hallway and landing last weekend. Click system was straightforward once you got into a rhythm — first few boards took a bit of patience but after that it flew. The oak finish is realistic, not plasticky at all. Feels solid underfoot thanks to the 10mm core. Would buy again.
