Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Good quality laminate
Does the job well. Colour is a pleasant natural oak — not too light, not too dark. The 12mm thickness gives it a decent, solid feel that you don't always get with laminate. Fitting was straightforward, no issues with the click system.
Bedroom floor sorted
Fitted this across the master bedroom last weekend. Click system is straightforward once you get the hang of it — first couple of rows took a while but then it flies. Colour is lovely, not too orange, just a natural warm oak. Very pleased.
Herringbone pattern is stunning
Wasn't sure ordering flooring online was a good idea but honestly couldn't be happier. The herringbone layout looks absolutely class once it's down — takes a bit more time to plan than straight laying but the effect is worth every minute. 12mm feels genuinely premium, not hollow at all.

Solid choice for the living room
Much better than the laminate we had before — that was a cheap 7mm thing that always felt a bit hollow. This is noticeably more substantial. The herringbone pattern adds a lot of character to what was a pretty plain room.
Fitted the downstairs hallway in an afternoon
Easy click system, fitted the hallway in an afternoon. Make sure you acclimatise it properly first — left mine 48 hours and had no issues at all. The herringbone pattern looks dead impressive for visitors coming through the front door. Only minor thing is I wish it came in a slightly wider board option, but that's a small thing.

Brilliant value
You can see where the money goes with this one. Not the cheapest option but the quality is obvious the moment you get it out of the box — weight of the boards, finish on the surface, the way it clicks together. Living room looks completely different now.

Transformed our hallway completely
Our old carpet was genuinely grim — dark, worn, impossible to keep clean. This has completely changed the feel of the space. The desert oak tone is warmer than I expected from the photos, which actually suits our walls perfectly. Feels really solid underfoot too, proper 12mm thickness makes a difference.

Took a little longer to fit than expected but worth it
Herringbone does require more careful planning than a standard lay — I'd allow yourself a proper full day if you're doing a medium-sized room. That said, the finished look is genuinely impressive. A few of my neighbours have asked where it's from. Colour is spot on, warm without being too yellow.
Stunning in the dining room
So pleased with how this turned out. The herringbone pattern in this oak tone has completely elevated what was a pretty unremarkable dining room. Feels high quality underfoot — the thickness really does make a difference compared to the budget stuff we had before. Would absolutely recommend.
Slight colour variation between batches but still great
We ordered extra mid-project and there was a very slight tone difference between the two batches — subtle but noticeable if you're looking for it. Ordered from the same product listing so wasn't expecting that. End result still looks excellent though and I'm genuinely delighted with the room overall.

Was worried a laminate wouldn't feel substantial enough for the open-plan kitchen-diner but the 12mm thickness genuinely surprises you — it's weighty, not that hollow click you get with cheaper options. Looks smart too. Desert oak is a great neutral shade that goes with almost everything.
