This range comes with integrated underlay which is attached under the board and so no additional underlay is required.
Please follow the manufacturer guidelines when installing, checking subfloors and if you are installing on under floor heating is very important to carry out the correct process.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Fitted the bathroom — no issues at all
Used this in the family bathroom. Waterproof properties are exactly what we needed and it's held up brilliantly over the past few months. The click system locked together cleanly and there's no movement at all. Colour matches our tiles surprisingly well.
Fitted the conservatory in an afternoon
Was worried it'd be a big job but the click system is genuinely user-friendly. Make sure you let it acclimatise for at least 24 hours first — I didn't on my first attempt and had a couple of gaps appear. Second time round, flawless. Looks great in there.
Solid underfoot, nice finish
The SPC core really comes through — no flex, no hollow sound when you walk on it. Colour is a clean grey oak that photographs well and looks just as good in real life. Fitted the landing and top of the stairs. Very tidy result.

Kitchen floor sorted. Looks smart, wipes clean easily, and the click system was straightforward even for a first-timer like me.
Wish there were more colour options
Really happy with the grey oak — it's a lovely neutral tone and the rigid core makes it feel proper solid underfoot. Only giving four stars because I'd love to see a warmer oak variant in the same range. Would buy again otherwise.

Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was tired and stained — this has completely changed the room. The grey oak tone is neutral enough to go with almost anything and it feels sturdy when you walk on it. SPC core means no bounce or flex. Very happy.

Good value SPC
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but it arrived well packaged and the quality is solid for the price. The rigid core really does make it feel more substantial than you'd expect. Laid it in the extension — looks the part.
Took a bit longer than expected to fit
Took me longer than I anticipated — mostly my own fault for not reading the acclimatisation guidance properly. End result is genuinely stunning though. The grey oak finish is understated and works perfectly in our open-plan downstairs.

Went in our downstairs loo and it's absolutely perfect. Waterproof, easy to cut around the awkward bits, and the grey tone brightens up what was a really dark little room. Couldn't ask for more.

So pleased with how this turned out
Laid this throughout the ground floor — hallway, kitchen-diner, and utility room — and it flows beautifully as a continuous floor. The grey oak tone is versatile enough to tie everything together without looking cold or clinical. Rigid core means no soft spots even over our slightly uneven subfloor. I was a bit anxious about a DIY job of this scale but the click system is genuinely intuitive. Only took a weekend and the result looks like a professional fit. Really pleased.
Couple of boards had minor marks
Noticed a couple of boards had very faint surface marks when unpacking, but nothing visible once laid. Overall I'm really happy — the finish is excellent and the room looks completely different. Easy to fit too.
Really pleased overall, minor gripe
Slightly darker in person than the photos online, but honestly I think I prefer it this way — it works really well with our grey walls. Fitting was easy enough once I got the hang of the click system. Rigid core feels reassuring underfoot.
