Delivery
Happy with the product. It looks good and was delivered promptly. However, I had a really BAD experience with the delivery. The delivery man would not get it down the lorry because 'he didn't have enough pallets' and stayed looking at me whilst I took every single box by hand from the lorry to the room. It took me 15 minutes and I have brushes covering all my arms for two weeks. I looked like a battered woman. I was really aggravated particularly after paying in excess of £40 for that poor delivery. I would recommend you to review your delivery partnership. It was beyond the pale and left me with a very bitter taste, even though I have no issues with the actual product.
