Also remember that the underlay is already attached to the board. so no additional underlay is required.
Please follow the manufacturer guidelines when installing. checking subfloors and if you are installing on under floor heating is very important.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but these exceeded expectations. The marble effect is convincing and the 5.5mm SPC core feels genuinely rigid — no flex or hollow sound when you walk on it. Laid it in the living room and dining area, roughly 40 square metres, and it all clicked together nicely. Slight colour variation between boxes which I was a bit nervous about, but once it was all down it actually added to the natural look. Really pleased.
Perfect for the extension
Had this put down in our new rear extension. The installer said the click system was easy to work with, and the finish looks high-end for the price. Grey marble ties in perfectly with the white walls and bifold doors.
Slightly darker in real life
The tiles came out slightly darker than they looked on the website, but honestly I actually prefer it — the deeper tone suits our kitchen better. Click system worked well, no issues with the fit. One or two tiles had a tiny scuff out of the box but nothing noticeable once they were down. Overall very happy.

Hallway hero
Much better than the cheap laminate we had before. This feels solid underfoot and the marble-effect print is convincing enough that a few people have asked if it's real stone. Dead easy to fit, got the whole hallway done in an afternoon. Make sure you acclimatise it first — left ours for 48 hours and had no issues at all.

Kitchen floor sorted
Fitted this over a weekend in the kitchen. Took a little longer than expected because I had to re-lay one section, but the end result is stunning. The quartz grey colour is spot on — not too dark, not too cold. Would buy again.
Lovely quality flooring, delivery delayed
Lovely quality flooring, but took 2 months for delivery - I was able to get delivery updates by calling Floor Depot (friendly and responsive), service would be even better if customers received an email update when delivery estimates can't be met rather than having to chase down updates.
Perfect for our conservatory
Laid these in the conservatory and they've been brilliant. Waterproof, easy to wipe clean, and the marble look lifts the whole room. The SPC core means no creaking and it sits flat without any movement. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Slight learning curve but worth it
Took me a bit to get comfortable with the click tiles format — first row went down a bit wonky and I had to start again. Once I had the rhythm though it was fine. The finish is lovely, the grey marble pattern is subtle rather than garish, and it's made the downstairs loo look really smart. Four stars just because I wish there were instructions a bit more suited to first-timers.
Great for a rental property
Bought this for a buy-to-let flat. Wanted something that looked smart but could take some wear. The marble effect is surprisingly realistic and tenants have been complimentary. Easy to clean, no complaints.

Transformed our hallway
Our old carpet was an absolute nightmare to keep clean, especially with two dogs. Swapped it out for these tiles and the difference is night and day. The grey marble effect looks genuinely elegant — guests always comment on it. Fitting was straightforward once I got the hang of the click system, and the rigid core means it feels solid underfoot. Really happy with the result.
Delay
I brought these tiles last August and asked them to be sent on the 10 January. However after a lots of emails and calls it was sent on the 17 January which delayed our kitchen
Quality product again and such a good price
Our 2nd purchase and would not hesitate to use again even with the steep delivery (we are a long way away) still cheaper than local DIY stores no brainer
