Also, remember that the underlay is already attached to the board. so no additional underlay is required.
Please follow the manufacturer's guidelines when installing. checking subfloors and if you are installing on underfloor heating is very important.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Landing looks completely different
So pleased with how the landing turned out. It was a tired, dark carpet before — now it's bright and modern. Fitting on the landing was a bit awkward around the balustrade but manageable.
Perfect for our extension
We needed something that could handle temperature changes in our new extension and this has been brilliant. No warping, no gaps appearing. The marble tile effect looks spot on with the bi-fold doors.
Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived well packaged and the quality is genuinely impressive for the price. The crystal grey tone is cool and modern — works perfectly with our white units. Click system is straightforward even for a beginner. Only thing I'd say is give yourself more time than you think for the acclimatisation step. End result is stunning though.
Took longer than expected but worth it
Fitting around the kitchen island took ages and I made a couple of cuts I wasn't proud of. But honestly, once it was all down the room looked incredible. The marble pattern is subtle and elegant rather than over the top. Glad I persisted with it.

Great looking floor
Great looking floor and easy to cut and install. There were a few boards with damaged tounges across multiple boxes managed to use these for the shorter boards though so not to much of an issue but for the price would not expect to see so many damaged.

Transforms the room completely
Fitted this in our living room last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The grey marble effect is really convincing — guests have actually asked if it's real tile. Clicks together nicely and the rigid core means it feels solid underfoot despite the thickness. Brilliant purchase.
Very realistic marble look
The pattern variation across the planks is what impressed me most — it doesn't repeat in an obvious way so it genuinely reads as real stone from a normal viewing distance. The click system held up perfectly when fitting around a tricky doorframe. A few months in and there's no lifting or gapping. Really pleased.

Fitted the kitchen and utility in a weekend
Did the kitchen and utility room back to back over the weekend. Click system is intuitive once you get the hang of the first few rows — I'd say row one is the trickiest. The colour is a lovely cool grey, not too blue, not too warm. Very happy with how both rooms have come out. Feels sturdy and the SPC core means no bounce or flex even over slightly uneven subfloor.

Great in the conservatory
We needed something for a sunny conservatory that gets very warm in summer and this hasn't shifted at all. Looks beautiful with the light coming in — the grey picks up cool tones which keeps the room feeling airy. Fits the bill perfectly.
Bedroom floor sorted
Went in the master bedroom as a replacement for some very tired carpet. Easy to fit, looks modern and clean. Very satisfied.
Slightly different shade than photos but works even better
Colour is maybe a touch darker in person than it looks on screen, but honestly I prefer it. Looks more dramatic and high-end. Fit was straightforward. Would buy again.
Really changed our downstairs loo
Our downstairs loo had ancient vinyl that was peeling at the edges. This has completely transformed it — looks like a proper tiled bathroom but so much easier to fit. Waterproof too which was the whole point. Couldn't ask for more.

Was worried about laying click flooring myself for the first time. Turns out it's dead easy — instructions are clear and the boards lock together with a satisfying click. The marble effect is realistic. Not the cheapest option out there but you can absolutely see where the money goes.

Much better than the laminate we had before
Ripped up old laminate that had started to buckle near the patio doors — replaced the whole ground floor with this. Night and day difference. SPC core is noticeably more rigid and the waterproof element gives real peace of mind. The marble effect is convincing without looking overdone. Took us two days but worth every minute.

Nice flooring but not quite as shown in pictures
I wanted a SPC flooring that looked like tiles with an edge that made it look like grouting. This flooring does not have this despite the picture on the website making it look like it does. I even checked with the online support who said there was an edge to it but maybe not as pronounced as the picture suggests. It’s not quite what I wanted but when it had been laid it was too late to change
