Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Kitchen floor sorted
Went down in the kitchen and it's holding up brilliantly. Looks smart, easy to keep clean, and that 10mm thickness means it feels proper underfoot rather than that hollow sound you get with cheaper stuff.
Slightly darker than the photos
Colour came out a bit darker than it looked on screen, but honestly I prefer it in person — it's richer and more characterful. The 10mm base feels really substantial, no flex at all when you walk on it. Would definitely order from here again.
Perfect for the conservatory
Used this in a newly built conservatory and it's exactly what I was after. Lovely warm colour, fits together well, and the 10mm thickness means it feels really comfortable to stand on. Looks like a much more expensive floor than it actually is.
Really pleased with the quality
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has been a great experience. Quality is noticeably better than the cheaper 7mm laminate we had before — no give, no hollow sound, just feels like a proper floor. The chestnut oak pattern is realistic and not at all plasticky looking. Fitted throughout the downstairs extension and it looks great.
Took longer to fit than I expected
I'm not the most experienced fitter so the first couple of rows took a while to get right. That said, the end result is genuinely stunning and the floor feels rock solid underfoot. The 10mm really does give it that premium feel. Four stars only because I wish there were a couple more colour options in this range.
Lovely in the bedroom
Replaced tired old laminate in the master bedroom with this and it's so much nicer. Feels genuinely high quality underfoot — the extra thickness compared to cheaper options really does make a difference. Warm chestnut tone works beautifully with our furniture.
A couple of boards had minor marks
Out of a fairly large order, two boards had some very minor surface marks that I noticed on close inspection. Wasn't worth raising a fuss over and didn't affect the overall result at all. The floor itself is excellent — thick, warm-looking, and really well made. Happy overall.

Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was absolutely minging — hadn't been replaced in years and was starting to look embarrassing. Fitted this Chestnut Oak throughout the living room and dining area last month and honestly it's like a different house. The 10mm thickness makes a real difference underfoot, feels genuinely solid rather than hollow. Colour is exactly as shown online, warm and natural. Couldn't be happier.
Happy with this purchase
Not the cheapest laminate out there, but you can genuinely see where the money goes. The boards are thick and weighty, the finish is consistent across the whole pack, and the colour is a lovely natural oak shade that doesn't look fake. Fitted the landing and top of the stairs and it's transformed the space. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Fitted the hallway in an afternoon
Was worried about doing it myself but the click system is really straightforward. Make sure you let it acclimatise for 48 hours first — I didn't rush that step and I think it's paid off. Hallway looks fantastic now, very warm tone.
