Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Fitted the landing nicely

Really pleased
Was worried about fitting it myself but the click system is actually very forgiving. Did the whole utility room in about three hours. The Sterling Oak Grey is a lovely shade — not too blue, not too brown. Exactly what I was after.
Perfect for the extension
We've just had a rear extension done and ran this throughout the new space. It flows nicely from the existing hallway floor. For a budget laminate the finish is really clean and consistent. The grey oak look is very popular right now and you can see why — it goes with everything.
Living room sorted
Our old carpet was manky — this has completely changed the room. The grey oak colour goes perfectly with our dark grey sofa and white walls. Took an afternoon to fit with my partner. Only minor thing is we had one board that had a tiny chip on the edge but it was hidden by the skirting anyway. Really pleased overall.
Couple of boards slightly misaligned from pack but overall great
Out of about sixty boards, two came with very minor surface marks. Barely noticeable once down and the overall effect is brilliant — the grey tone is really modern and fresh. Good value for a laminate at this price. Would buy again for another room.
Solid choice for the hallway
Hallway gets a lot of foot traffic in our house — three kids and a dog — so I was a bit nervous about a budget laminate holding up. A few months in and it's looking fine. Make sure you let it acclimatise for at least 48 hours before fitting, the instructions are clear about that.

Bought this for a buy-to-let flat and it's exactly what I needed. Looks smart, easy to lay, and the price per square metre makes sense for a rental where you're not expecting it to last thirty years. Tenants are happy.
Surprised at the quality
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived well-packaged and the planks all looked consistent. The colour is spot on — a cool grey that genuinely does look like oak. At this thickness and price I wasn't expecting luxury underfoot but it looks the part and that's what matters to me in a spare bedroom.

Good budget option
Not going to pretend it feels like a premium floor — it's 7mm and priced accordingly. But it looks genuinely good and for low-traffic rooms like a bedroom or study it's absolutely ideal. Wish there were a couple more colour variants in the range though.

Slightly darker than the photos but I actually prefer it in person — it looks richer. Easy to lay with the click system. Would recommend for anyone doing a budget refresh.
Transformed the spare room
Was expecting something that looked cheap given the price point but honestly it looks great. The grey oak finish photographs really well too — the room looks so much bigger now. Fitted it myself over a weekend, no major issues with the click system once you get the hang of it.

For a 7mm laminate the price is hard to argue with. Wouldn't expect it to feel like solid wood underfoot but for the money it looks genuinely smart.
