Each plank measures 187mm x 1227mm with a solid 2mm thickness, and you'll get 20 boards per pack covering 4.59m² – ideal for transforming kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms or anywhere moisture might be an issue. The 0.4mm wear layer means this glue down LVT flooring can handle whatever your household throws at it, from dropped dinner plates to dancing in socks.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Not the cheapest but it shows
Wasn't sure if it was worth ordering LVT over cheap laminate, but looking at the finished floor I'm glad we went for it. The oak pattern is really natural-looking and it handles the kids and dog without showing every mark.
Much better than the old tiles
Much better than the old tiles we had in the hallway. Warmer underfoot and the Linden Oak colour works really well with our cream walls. Took an afternoon to glue down and it's been solid ever since.

Took a bit longer than expected to fit
Took longer to glue down than I'd budgeted time for — had to be really careful getting the adhesive coverage right across a large room. But the end result is stunning and I'm glad I took my time. Would still recommend.
Good choice for a wet-prone area
Put this in the bathroom after the old vinyl started peeling. Glued it down properly, sealed the edges, and it's been absolutely fine. Warm-looking for a bathroom, which makes a big difference.

Went in our open-plan ground floor
We had this laid throughout the entire ground floor — kitchen, living room, hallway, and through to the dining room. Kept the same floor running through gave us so much more space visually. The Linden Oak colour worked with everything we had furniture-wise, which was a relief given how much of it we bought. Delivery was fast, the boards were well-packaged, and we had a professional fitter who said the material was easy to work with and cut cleanly. A couple of months on and not a single board has lifted or creaked. Really pleased.
Bedroom looks completely different
Our old carpet was tired and stained — this has completely transformed the bedroom. The Linden Oak is a lovely warm tone, not too yellow. Gluing it down was a bit fiddly around the wardrobe bases but the result is worth it.
Convinced a few friends to buy it too
Had a few friends over after we laid this in the open-plan kitchen and living area, and two of them have since ordered the same. The colour is really versatile — works with light and dark furniture. Adhesion has been perfect, no lifting anywhere after three months.

Great for our landing
Fitted this on the landing and top of the stairs area. The colour ties the upstairs and downstairs together really nicely. A couple of the boards had very faint surface marks out of the box but nothing visible once down.
Transformed the downstairs loo
Our old downstairs loo had this horrible cracked tile from the previous owners. Laid this over the top after a quick skim and honestly it looks like a proper renovation job. The oak effect is really convincing up close.

Looks premium for the price
For what we paid, this looks genuinely premium. The wood grain effect catches the light nicely and I've had a few people ask what flooring it is. Glued it straight onto the existing concrete subfloor after a light sand — stuck immediately and stayed flat.
Waterproof — that's what sold it for me
After a flood in our old kitchen, waterproofing was non-negotiable. This LVT has been down for four months now and not a single issue. The colour blends beautifully with our units. Really glad we went glue-down rather than click — feels much more permanent.
