Looks the part
Solid. Does what it says.
Good stuff
Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value.
Herringbone pattern is stunning
Fitted this last weekend in the hallway and honestly couldn't be happier. The herringbone pattern looks far more expensive than it is — loads of visitors have commented on it already. At 8mm it's not the thickest laminate out there, but for a hallway it does the job nicely and the click system was pretty straightforward once I got the hang of it. Good value all round.
Slightly darker than the photos
The colour came up a touch darker in person than on screen, but honestly I prefer it — it's richer and warmer than expected. Fitted it in the bedroom and it looks lovely with light walls. Wish there were a couple more shade options in this range but happy overall.
Great for the money
Fitted in the conservatory and it looks smart. A couple of boards had very minor surface marks when I opened the boxes but nothing that showed once laid. Overall really pleased with the result.
Solid choice for a rental
Bought this for a rental property and it's perfect for that purpose. Looks smart, fits together easily, and the price point made sense for the project. Wouldn't expect it to feel luxurious underfoot — it's 8mm laminate — but it presents really well and tenants are happy.
Brilliant value for money
Looks great in the living room.
Living room sorted
Love it.
Nice
Does exactly what it should.
Transformed the spare room
Our old carpet in the spare room was hideous. This has completely changed the feel of the space — the Linford Oak tone is warm without being too yellow. Easy to lay once you plan out the herringbone pattern first.
Kitchen floor sorted — finally
Replaced some tired old vinyl in the kitchen with this and the difference is night and day. The oak pattern looks really natural and the herringbone layout gives it a high-end feel. It's a budget laminate so I wasn't expecting anything miraculous, but for the price it really delivers on appearance. Fitted it myself in an afternoon with no real issues.
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the samples were spot on and the product matched exactly. Fitted the downstairs hallway and landing over a weekend. The click system is intuitive and the herringbone pattern really elevates what is essentially a budget laminate. For the price, you're getting a great-looking floor. Just bear in mind it's 8mm so don't expect a really solid, chunky feel underfoot — that's just the nature of this price bracket.
Happy with this purchase
Good looking laminate at a fair price. The herringbone detail makes the bedroom feel much more considered. Would buy again.
Took a bit longer than expected to fit
The herringbone pattern does mean more cuts and more time than a straight lay — took me a full day for a medium-sized bedroom rather than the half day I'd planned. That said, the end result is genuinely lovely and I'm glad I went for this style over plain planks. Minor grumble about the fitting time but can't fault the product itself.
Perfect for a budget-conscious project
Was decorating an extension on a tight budget and this ticked all the boxes. The herringbone layout gives it a really classic look and nobody would guess it was at the budget end of the laminate range. Acclimatise it properly before fitting — made a big difference to how the boards sat.
