Cocoa 10mm Engineered Oak Herringbone Flooring
If you've ever wanted a floor that's truly, unmistakably yours, this is it. The Cocoa 10mm Engineered Oak Herringbone is an unfinished rustic grade oak that puts you in the driving seat — choose your own stain, oil, or lacquer to create a finish that's completely bespoke to your home.
The classic herringbone pattern brings timeless elegance to living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and dining rooms, and the narrow 80mm x 300mm planks give it that authentic, traditional character you just can't fake. Each board tells its own story with natural knots and grain variations that make rustic oak herringbone flooring so irresistibly warm and full of personality.
Under the surface, engineered construction provides excellent stability and makes this flooring a great match for underfloor heating systems — a proper bonus in any UK home. The tongue and groove fitting system keeps installation nice and clean, too.
At 0.96m² coverage per pack, it's well suited to both room-by-room projects and larger renovations. Whether you're going for a deep espresso finish or a light natural oil, this dark-toned cocoa oak gives you a stunning canvas to work with.
A genuine investment in your home's character and value — and one you'll love walking on every single day.
Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.
