Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Brilliant for the price
Went in our downstairs loo and it looks genuinely lovely. The stone effect is convincing — people ask if it's real tile.
Installed in an afternoon

Great landing floor
So pleased with how this turned out. The colour is warm and neutral, it cleaned up beautifully after fitting, and it feels sturdy underfoot for what it is. Bought a bit extra for wastage and glad I did.
Brilliant value for money
Not the cheapest option on the market but you can absolutely see where the money goes. Finish is great, adhesion is strong, and the stone effect is convincing. Fitted it in our hallway and it's getting compliments every time someone comes round.
Solid choice for a utility room
Was a bit nervous ordering flooring online without seeing it first but honestly it looks exactly like the photos. The colour works really well with our white units and the glue-down install was straightforward once I watched a couple of videos. Waterproof properties are the main reason I went LVT in here and this ticks that box completely.
Lovely tone, works really well in our extension
We were matching this to existing stone tiles in the kitchen and wanted something that would flow into our new extension. The Hazel Stone is a great neutral — it doesn't fight with anything. A couple of planks in the pack had very minor surface marks but nothing that affected the overall floor once laid. Satisfied overall.
Would buy again
Second time using this product in our house. First time was the kitchen, this time the utility room. Just as good as before.
Solid, looks the part
Fitted this in the kitchen diner. The Hazel Stone finish is versatile — works with our oak cabinets and our grey island. No issues with adhesion at all and it's been down four months now with no lifting at the edges. Good product.
Took a bit longer to lay than I expected
I'm not a professional fitter so the prep work took me a while — surface needs to be really flat for this type of LVT. But once it was down it looked absolutely class. The stone effect is really authentic and the adhesion has been solid. Would definitely recommend, just be patient with the prep.
Much better than the old vinyl
Previous kitchen floor was peeling at the edges and looked tired. This has completely changed the space — the hazel stone colour is warm and modern and it's stuck down flat as a pancake. Wish I'd done it sooner.

Stunning in our new bathroom
Completely renovated the family bathroom and went for this throughout. The stone look is elegant without being cold and it pairs perfectly with the white fixtures. The glue-down application means there are no gaps for water to get in — exactly what you want in a wet room. Highly recommend.

Decent floor, minor gripe about colour options
Really pleased with the quality and how it laid — no issues at all with the adhesive bonding and it looks smart. Only reason it's four stars is I wish there were a couple more colour variants in this range. The Hazel Stone is nice but I wanted something slightly lighter. Still very happy with the overall purchase though.

Slightly darker than it appeared on screen but actually prefer it — gives the room a cosier feel. Laid flat, stuck well, and looks smart.
Kitchen floor sorted
Ordered a sample first and the real thing matched perfectly. Colour is subtle and goes with pretty much everything. Glue-down process was cleaner than I expected and the result is a nice seamless finish.
