Acclimatisation

Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Warranty

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Laid it in the conservatory — no complaints

Needed something that could cope with temperature changes in the conservatory. This has been down three months now and no sign of any movement or lifting. The waterproof properties are great too as condensation can be an issue in there. Looks smart with the herringbone design.

Took longer than expected to lay but worth it

Herringbone patterns do require more patience than straight planks — took me most of a Saturday for one room. That said, the end result is absolutely stunning. The Solero Oak tone is subtle and elegant, not too yellow, not too grey. Several friends have asked where we got it.

Practical and good-looking

Easy to cut, adhesive bonded well to the timber subfloor, no dips or bubbles after curing. The oak effect is realistic — doesn't look cheap or plasticky. Make sure you prep the subfloor properly and leave adequate adhesive open time. Following the instructions makes a big difference.

Nice product, minor imperfections in a couple of boards

Overall very happy with this. The pattern is beautiful and it's gone down well in the open-plan dining area. A couple of the planks had very slight surface marks when I opened the boxes — not enough to ruin anything but worth noting. Would still buy again.

Great in the bedroom

So pleased with how this turned out. The warm oak tone works really well in a bedroom setting and the herringbone pattern adds a touch of class without being over the top. Adhesion was straightforward — just make sure the subfloor is completely dry before you start.

Great for our kitchen extension

Was nervous about glue-down LVT as I'd only ever done click before, but this was straightforward once I watched a couple of videos. The oak finish is warm and natural-looking, and it's holding up really well with two kids and a dog. Waterproof too which is essential in the kitchen — no more panicking about spills.

Fitted this last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The herringbone pattern looks so much more expensive than it actually is — proper head-turner when you walk through the front door. Glued down without any fuss, stayed flat overnight. Would absolutely recommend.

Good quality LVT. The herringbone layout does take a bit of planning before you start but once you've got your centre lines marked out it moves fairly quickly. End result looks brilliant in our hallway. Very pleased.

Decent floor for the money

Used this in a rental flat we own. Good-looking, easy to install once the subfloor was levelled, and the waterproof nature is ideal for a tenanted property. Herringbone always looks a cut above the standard brick-bond layout.
