Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Much better than our old laminate
Much better than the laminate we had before — no hollow sound, no flexing, and the colour is more contemporary. The whole ground floor looks cohesive now we've run it throughout. Really chuffed.

Wish there were more shade options
The grey oak is a great colour but I did spend a while wishing there was a slightly darker variant too. That said, this is lovely in the extension and the quality is definitely there. Solid, doesn't flex, looks the part.

Our old carpet was manky — honestly embarrassing. This has completely changed the room. The classic grey oak is a lovely neutral and goes with everything. A few friends have asked where it's from.
Solid underfoot, love the colour
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely exceeded expectations. The grey oak tone is exactly right — not too cold, not too warm. Rigid core means it feels properly solid when you walk on it, which I wasn't expecting at this thickness. Fitted our open-plan kitchen diner over a weekend and honestly couldn't be happier.

Laid this in the utility room. Needed something waterproof and hard-wearing. Does the job perfectly and looks far smarter than the vinyl tiles that were there before.

Brilliant in the downstairs loo
Went in our downstairs loo and it's perfect. Waterproof obviously matters in there. Looks far more expensive than it was. Tiny space so fitting was a breeze.
Solid click system
Few boards needed a bit of coaxing on the click but nothing that a rubber mallet couldn't sort. Overall very straightforward to lay and the result is neat and professional looking. Good value.

Not the cheapest but quality shows
There are cheaper SPC options out there, but you can feel the difference with this one. The rigidity is excellent and the surface texture is convincingly wood-like. Laid it in the kitchen and it's held up really well over the past few months. No lifting, no gapping, no issues.
Took a bit longer than expected but worth it
I'm not a professional fitter by any means, so it took me the best part of a day to do one bedroom. That's on me, not the product. The end result though is stunning. Grey oak works so well with white walls.
Slightly lighter than photos but still love it
Boards came out a touch lighter in person than the product photos suggested, but actually I think I prefer it. Brightens up the hallway nicely. Click system worked well, no issues at all.
Colour is spot on
Ordered a sample first and it matched perfectly. The grey oak shade is versatile — works with our grey walls and oak furniture without looking too matchy-matchy. Fitting was easy enough though I'd recommend a pull bar for the trickier edges.

Went down in our conservatory and it looks brilliant. The waterproof nature was important for us given the condensation we get out there. SPC is definitely the right choice for that room. Really pleased.
