Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived well packaged and the quality is better than I anticipated. The white marble pattern is consistent across the boards — no obvious repeats jumping out at you. Laid it in the extension and it looks like proper stone without the cold feel underfoot.
Landing and bedroom sorted
Used this on the landing and carried it into the main bedroom too. The continuity looks great and the click system made joining the two rooms seamless. Wish there were one or two more colour variations in this style but the white marble works really well with our décor.
Transformed our hallway
Our old carpet was a state — this has completely changed the look of the hallway. The white marble effect is much more convincing than I expected for the price. Fitted it ourselves over a weekend and it clicked together really easily. Dead chuffed with the result.
Really pleased with this
Went for the white marble look throughout the open-plan ground floor and it's tied everything together beautifully. The SPC core means there's no bounce or flex when you walk on it — feels proper solid. A couple of boards at the edge of one pack had a very minor surface mark but nothing that ended up visible once laid. Overall very happy.

Perfect for the downstairs loo
Went in the downstairs loo and it's perfect. Waterproof obviously, and the white marble look makes such a small space feel much bigger and cleaner. Easy to cut around the toilet base too.
Utility room transformation
Chucked it in the utility room to replace some tired old lino. Night and day difference. Looks smart, wipes clean easily, and the click system meant I had it down in a couple of hours.

Classy marble effect
Slightly darker in person than it looked on the product photos — but honestly I prefer it. The grey veining in the marble effect gives it a more sophisticated look. Fitted the conservatory last week and it's getting loads of compliments.
Looks great, solid underfoot
Fitted this in the living room last month. For a 5.2mm SPC it feels genuinely solid — the rigid core makes a real difference compared to thinner vinyl I've used before. The marble effect is subtle and classy rather than plasticky. Really happy with it.
Slight learning curve with the click system
Took me a bit longer than expected to get comfortable with the click system — had to watch a couple of YouTube tutorials. But once I got going it was fine, and the finished floor looks absolutely stunning. The marble effect photographs really well too.
