Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Much better than expected
Much better than our old laminate. The SPC core means it doesn't feel hollow when you walk on it — proper solid feel. Would definitely buy again.
Would recommend
Not the cheapest option out there but you can see where the money goes. The planks are well made, the finish is consistent across the pack and it's been down in our busy hallway for three months now without a scratch. Worth every penny.
Utility room sorted
Needed something waterproof for the utility room and this ticks every box. Easy to fit around the washer and dryer. Looks way more expensive than it was.
Good quality SPC
The rigid core on this is noticeable — none of that springy hollow feeling you get with cheaper vinyl. Fitted it in the extension over a couple of days. A couple of boards had very minor cosmetic marks out of the pack but nothing visible once laid. Overall very happy.
Extension looks the business
Had this laid throughout our new extension and it looks absolutely the business. The installer said it was one of the easier click products he'd worked with. Colour ties in nicely with the rest of the house too.

Slightly darker in real life than the product photos suggested, but honestly I think I prefer it. It's a richer oak tone and looks really smart in our lounge. Feels solid underfoot and hasn't moved at all since fitting.

Took longer than expected to fit around the doorframes but that's on me, not the product. End result is absolutely stunning though — the whole ground floor looks cohesive and modern. The rigid core feels genuinely solid. Four stars only because I wish there were a couple more colour options in this range.

Transformed the downstairs
Our old carpet was genuinely awful and this has completely changed the feel of the room. The Cherokee Oak colour is warm and natural-looking — not plasticky at all. Really chuffed.
