Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Brilliant in the open plan kitchen diner
We used this throughout the ground floor — kitchen, dining area and into the hallway — and it flows really nicely. The Cuban Grey Oak has a natural variation in the grain pattern so it doesn't look repetitive over a large area. Underfloor heating compatible which was essential for us. The click mechanism is tight and we haven't had any boards creeping or lifting since laying.
Nice floor, small gripe
Really happy with the overall look — the grey oak finish suits our kitchen extension perfectly. Only reason I'm giving four stars is I'd love a slightly wider plank option in this colour range. The planks themselves are a good length but just my personal preference. Quality and finish are excellent.
Transformed the living room
Old carpet was embarrassing honestly — this has completely changed the feel of the whole ground floor. The grey oak tone works really well with our white walls and the click system was easier than I expected. Took a Saturday afternoon to do the main room. Very pleased.

Fitted this a few weeks back and couldn't be happier. The Cuban Grey Oak colour is spot on — cool toned without being cold, if that makes sense. Clicks together really well and the rigid core means it feels solid underfoot despite being 5mm. Would absolutely recommend.

Really pleased with how it looks
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this was a great decision. The colour is sophisticated without being cold and the floor has completely modernised our hallway and downstairs loo. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in good condition.

Exactly what we needed.
Much better than our old laminate
Much better than what we had before — this feels noticeably more solid and the grey oak colour is far more contemporary. The 5mm SPC core is rigid which helps a lot over our slightly uneven subfloor. A couple of boards had very minor surface marks straight from the box but nothing visible once laid. Overall very happy.
Took longer to fit than expected but the result is stunning
I'm not the most experienced DIYer so the fitting took me the better part of a weekend rather than an afternoon. That's on me, not the product. The boards themselves click together cleanly and the finished floor looks absolutely brilliant — very modern, very sleek. The grey tone is versatile and doesn't show every bit of dust which is a bonus with two kids.
Fitted it myself — no issues
Was worried about tackling this myself but the click system is genuinely straightforward. Did the landing and top of the stairs in a day. The colour is a lovely subtle grey with enough wood grain detail to look authentic. Feels sturdy too, not hollow or cheap sounding.
Four stars — nearly perfect
The floor itself is genuinely great — solid feel, lovely colour, straightforward to fit. Docking one star only because I found the click system needed a bit of getting used to on the first few rows. Once I got the hang of it, the rest went down no problem. Looks brilliant in our newly renovated bedroom.
