Acclimatisation

Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Warranty

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Perfect with underfloor heating

Decent value for a glue-down

Wasn't sure whether glue-down was the right choice but it's actually really stable — no movement at all once it's set. The traditional oak look suits our Victorian terraced house surprisingly well.

Very pleased overall

Laid this in our extension last month. The preparation took longer than the actual laying if I'm honest — once the subfloor was right, the glue-down process was smooth and the floor has been solid ever since. The traditional oak pattern looks really authentic and several people have asked if it's real wood. Only tiny gripe is I wish there were one or two more shade options in this range, but that's splitting hairs.

Took a while to fit but totally worth it

Spent a whole Saturday on it and it took longer than I thought — mostly because I was being really careful with the cuts around the skirting. But the end result is stunning honestly. The oak colouring is just right, not too yellow, not too grey. Very natural. Would definitely buy again.

Hallway looks fab

Took a bit of getting used to applying the adhesive

Never done glue-down before — was used to click-lock. Had to watch a few videos and do a bit of research before I started. Once I got the hang of the adhesive application it was straightforward though and the result looks great. Just factor in some extra time if it's your first go.
