Acclimatisation

Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Warranty

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Wasn't sure about going glue-down after years of click systems but this was straightforward. Followed the instructions, let the adhesive tack off, and the boards went down flat first time. Looks sharp.

Colour's a bit different to the photos — darker and cooler in person. Not necessarily a bad thing, it actually works fine in the room, but worth knowing before you order. Stuck down well and no issues with adhesion.

Fitted the hallway in an afternoon

Easy enough to work with once the floor was prepped. Make sure your subfloor is clean and level before you start — I didn't rush that bit and it made everything else easy. Really nice finish, the grey midnight oak shade is exactly what I wanted.

A couple of boards had minor marks but overall very happy

Decent floor, great look

Laid this in the kitchen and downstairs loo. The waterproof element was the main reason I chose LVT and it hasn't disappointed — no lifting or bubbling near the sink area. The grey oak pattern looks really smart and not at all plasticky. Took a bit longer to cut in around the doorframes than I expected but the end result was worth the effort.

Took a while to fit but well worth it

Never laid LVT before so it took me longer than I expected — probably a full day for a medium-sized room. But once it was down I was genuinely impressed with how it looked. The grey oak colour goes really well with our grey walls. Would definitely use again.

Slightly darker than the photos but I actually prefer it

When it arrived I thought it looked darker than the website images but once it was laid the colour is lovely — rich and warm with a proper oak grain. Minor gripe would be I wish there were a couple more shade options in this style, but no complaints about the product itself.
