Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Went in our downstairs loo and looks brilliant. Waterproof obviously helps in there. Quick to lay in a small space.
Conservatory transformation
Used this in the conservatory to replace some ancient ceramic tiles and what a difference it makes. Warmer underfoot, much easier on the eye, and handles the temperature fluctuations fine so far. The truffle walnut shade is exactly what we wanted — neutral enough to work with our furniture but still full of character. Click system snapped together without any fuss.
Good quality, minor quibble
Really solid product — the rigid SPC core makes a big difference compared to standard LVT I've used before. Couple of the boards had very minor surface marks from transit but nothing visible once laid. Overall very happy and would buy again.

Very pleased overall
Much better than our old laminate which used to feel cold and hollow underfoot. This has a much more solid feel to it thanks to the rigid core. Colour is a lovely warm brown — works really well in our open plan kitchen diner. Only minor gripe is I wish there were a few more colour variants in the range, but that's hardly a complaint.
Slightly darker than photos but love it
Slightly darker than the website photos suggested, but honestly I prefer it — it looks richer in person. Fits together well and feels very stable. Laid it in the dining room and it's already had a few compliments from visitors.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the colour matched the sample I'd ordered and the quality is exactly what I hoped for. Laid it throughout the ground floor and it flows nicely from room to room. The click system is very well engineered — boards lock together with a satisfying click and feel completely secure. Really glad I went for this one.
Really happy with the result
Fitted this last weekend in the living room and couldn't be more pleased. The click system took a little getting used to at first but once I'd got the hang of it, it flew down. Colour is spot on — warm and natural looking.
Great for the extension
Put this down in our new extension and it ties in really nicely with the rest of the house. The SPC core gives it a reassuring feel — doesn't flex or bounce like some cheaper vinyls I've tried before. Happy with the purchase.

Our old carpet was grotty and dated — this has completely changed the room. The truffle walnut shade is warmer than I expected from the photos, which is a good thing. Rigid core means it feels solid underfoot despite the 5mm thickness. Really pleased.

Took longer to fit than I'd planned — had a tricky doorframe situation — but once it was down it looked absolutely stunning. The walnut effect is really convincing, not at all plasticky. Would recommend to anyone.
