Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Fitted it myself, no bother
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. The click system is forgiving and I had the landing and hallway done over a Saturday. Really pleased with how it's come out.
Really happy with this
Was worried about ordering flooring online but it arrived well packaged and the colour matched the photos perfectly. We put it in our extension and it ties in beautifully with the rest of the house. The integrated underlay is a bonus — one less thing to buy separately.
Excellent product
Laid this in the conservatory and it's been brilliant. No issues with temperature changes — stays flat and firm. The cork underlay cushions it nicely.
Much better than our old laminate
Much better than the cheap laminate we had before. Warmer underfoot, quieter, and the look is far more convincing. The cork backing makes a real difference.
Solid, looks the part
Click system took a bit of getting used to on the first few rows but once I got into the rhythm it was straightforward. The finish is really attractive — natural and understated. Would recommend.
Great for the bedroom
Went down in the spare bedroom and looks lovely. The tone is warm without being too orange or yellow — quite a natural, calm shade. Fitting was straightforward, though I'd recommend watching a couple of videos first if you haven't done click LVT before.
Good but wish there were more colour options
The Leaf is a lovely shade and we're happy with it, but I did find myself wishing there were a few more tones to choose from in this range — we wanted something slightly lighter. That said, what we've got down looks really smart and the quality is solid for the price.

Took a bit longer than expected but worth it
We had a few tricky cuts around the doorframes and radiator pipes which slowed us down, but the end result is stunning. The floor looks natural and high quality. Glad we went with this one.

Utility room sorted
Fitted this in the utility room after our washing machine leaked and ruined the old floor. Waterproof properties are exactly what we needed. Looks clean and fresh.
Transformed our downstairs
Our old carpet was awful — dark, stained, dated. This has completely changed the feel of the room. The Leaf colourway is soft and natural and feels right in a modern home. The integrated underlay also means it's not noisy to walk on which we were a bit concerned about with LVT.
Solid choice for the kitchen
Kitchen floor sorted. Took an afternoon to lay and everything clicked together without a fuss. The Leaf design is subtle and natural-looking — doesn't scream fake wood which is exactly what we wanted.

It came out a touch darker in person than the online images suggested, but honestly I prefer it — looks richer and more grounded. Fits together nicely and the room looks great. Would buy again.
