Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Landing and top of stairs — perfect
Wasn't sure a marble-effect laminate would work upstairs but it's pulled the whole landing together. Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value.

Slightly different shade in person but still gorgeous
Came across a touch warmer than the website photos suggested, which threw me at first. But honestly? I prefer it. Works really well with our grey walls and the room looks so much bigger now. The 10mm gives it a really weighty, high-quality feel — nothing flimsy about it.

Fitted this in the kitchen extension last month. The click system was straightforward enough once I got into a rhythm — did the whole room in a day. Feels premium, none of that hollow clacking you get with cheaper laminates. The marble effect is subtle and classy rather than over the top.

Much better than our old laminate
We'd had a cheap 7mm laminate down for years and the difference is night and day. The 10mm feels genuinely plush underfoot — you notice it immediately. The marble print is convincing enough that visitors have asked whether it's real tile. It isn't, obviously, but that's the point.

Couple of boards had minor marks but overall very happy
Out of the pack I noticed two boards had very faint scuffs on the surface — probably from transit. Wasn't a huge deal and I had enough spare boards not to use them, but worth mentioning. The rest of the floor looks exceptional. The marble effect is crisp and the 10mm makes it feel genuinely high-end.
Smart and hardwearing
Three months in and it still looks as good as day one despite a busy household with kids and a cat. The 10mm is clearly a step up from what we had before — holds up well and easy enough to wipe clean.

Stunning in the bedroom
Was worried about ordering flooring online but the marble effect is genuinely lovely — not at all plasticky or fake-looking. The room feels like a boutique hotel now, which is either impressive or embarrassing depending on who you ask.
Wish there were more colour variations
The ice white marble is beautiful and I'm very happy with it in the dining room. My only gripe is I'd have liked to see a slightly warmer marble tone as an option — something a bit more cream. That said, this colour works and the quality is excellent.
