Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Good stuff
Fitted this last weekend in the hallway and dining room. Click system was straightforward once you get the knack — first row took a bit of fiddling but after that it flew in. The moon white colour is exactly as pictured, maybe a touch cooler in tone than I expected but it actually works really well with our grey walls. Solid board, no flex when you walk on it.

Fitted it in a day
Was worried about fitting it myself having never laid laminate before. Turns out it's dead easy with this one — the click system is really intuitive. Got the whole downstairs loo and hallway done in a single afternoon. Looks fantastic.
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but very glad I did
I was sceptical — flooring seems like the sort of thing you should see in person. But the colour is spot on compared to the sample I ordered first. The marble effect is really well done, not at all plasticky looking. Fitted it in our open-plan kitchen and living area and it's just brightened the whole space up enormously. Couldn't be happier.
Long-term investment worth making
We renovated the whole ground floor and debated between real stone, engineered wood, and this. So glad we went with the Moon White — the marble effect is convincing enough that you have to look closely to tell it's laminate, the 10mm thickness means it feels solid and doesn't sound hollow when you walk, and it's going to be far more practical with the kids and dog than anything more delicate would've been. Good underlay underneath makes a real difference too — don't skimp on that bit.
Slight learning curve with the click system but end result is stunning
Took me longer than expected to get the hang of the locking mechanism — a couple of the joints took a few attempts to click properly. That said, once I was in the rhythm it was fine, and the finished floor looks absolutely beautiful. The white marble effect really lifts the room. Worth persevering with.

Really solid quality for a laminate floor
The 10mm thickness makes a noticeable difference — there's a real weight and substance to each board that cheaper laminates just don't have. Laid it in our extension and it looks genuinely high-end. The white marble design is understated enough to work with most decor styles. Would order again without hesitation.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet had seen better days and I'd been putting off replacing it for years. Finally took the plunge with this and honestly can't believe the difference. The marble effect is really convincing — visitors keep asking if we've had real stone put down. Feels genuinely solid underfoot too, which I wasn't expecting at the price point. Really pleased we went for the 10mm rather than something thinner.
Slightly darker in person than the photos suggest
The boards have a slightly cooler, darker tone in real life than they look on screen — though honestly I think I prefer it. Gives it a more natural stone feel rather than a bright white. Quality is excellent, feels very sturdy underfoot, and the whole landing looks much more upmarket now. Just maybe order a sample first to make sure it's the shade you're after.
Much better than our old laminate
Previous floor was a cheaper 7mm and you could really feel the difference when walking on it — bit hollow-sounding and bouncy. This 10mm is a completely different experience. Feels much more like the real thing. The marble pattern is subtle and elegant rather than over the top.
Would have liked a couple more colour options in this range
The moon white is genuinely beautiful and the quality is there — 10mm feels really substantial and the boards are well-finished with no rough edges. My only small gripe is I wish there was a slightly warmer white option in the same range. As it is, it's a cool-toned white which is fine, just not exactly what I had in mind. Still very pleased overall.
