Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks great in kitchen
Really pleased with the finish.
So pleased with how this turned out
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but everything arrived really well packaged and the quality exceeded my expectations. Had a professional lay it in the bedroom and downstairs hallway — he said it was good quality and easy to work with. The Versailles pattern gives it a more traditional feel which suits our Victorian terrace perfectly.
Wish there were a few more colour options
Really happy with the Taunton Oak shade overall but I did spend ages wishing there was a slightly greyer version to match my kitchen cabinets. Ended up going with this and it's grown on me. Quality is excellent for the price and the 12mm feels reassuringly chunky.

Solid underfoot, looks the part

Not the cheapest but you can see where the money goes
I went back and forth between this and a cheaper 8mm option. Ended up spending a bit more on the 12mm and I'm glad I did — the difference underfoot is immediately obvious, much more solid and quiet. The oak grain looks realistic rather than plasticky. Long-term investment, no regrets.
Couple of boards had minor marks but overall brilliant
Out of the whole delivery there were two boards with very faint surface marks — easy enough to work around given I had a few spare. Everything else was perfect. The floor itself looks beautiful in our open-plan living and dining space, and feels really premium underfoot. Would recommend without hesitation.
Fitted the hallway in an afternoon
Was worried about doing it myself but the click system is really straightforward. Make sure you leave it to acclimatise for 48 hours first — I rushed that bit on a previous job and regretted it. End result looks fantastic, very natural oak tone.

Click system snapped together well. Colour is a nice warm mid-oak, not too yellow. Feels solid. What more do you want.
Lovely in the extension
Had this laid throughout our new kitchen extension and it looks spot on. Colour blends well with the grey units, very tasteful. The boards are a good length too so you get nice long runs that look expensive. Fitter commented it was easy to work with.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was embarrassing — threadbare in the middle and impossible to clean. Swapped it out for this Taunton Oak and honestly the room looks like something out of a magazine now. The 12mm thickness means it feels really solid underfoot, not that hollow clicky feeling you get with cheaper laminates. Couldn't be happier with it.
Much better than our old laminate
Previous floor was a thin budget laminate that creaked constantly and looked worn within two years. This is on a completely different level — the extra thickness absorbs sound much better and it looks genuinely high quality. Put it through the living room and dining area, about 40 square metres in total. Really pleased.

Slightly darker than the photos but that's fine
Colour came out a touch richer than I expected from the website images, but actually I prefer it in person — warmer tone suits the room. 12mm thickness is genuinely noticeable, feels premium. Would order again.
Great but took longer than I expected to fit
Took me a full weekend rather than the one day I'd planned — partly my own fault for having a funny-shaped room with lots of cuts. The end result though is stunning. Feels very substantial, that 12mm really does make a difference compared to cheaper stuff I've used before. Neighbours have already asked where I got it.
